Enables objective evaluation of symptoms and offers guidance on remedial action when necessary. Gives patients greater independence by building confidence in the management of their own symptoms.

It’s colourful which highlights the importance bits. The quality is fantastic and can be wiped clean. This will help with my studies.

My only tiny criticism is it could be bigger there's a lot of information. On a small chart, and my small ones can't read it well, good job they can point to the colours then and I can help them back to middle ground. .

Easy to follow

The price is fine for this chart and it is well presented. I would also like to say that I have great respect for the work of Dr Rothschild. The reason that I have given it two stars. I thought this chart would be a useful tool to use as a visual aid with patients and it certainly can be used in this way. However, that is all it is a chart with columns showing how the body changes according to the level of stress arousal and lowered arousal and what it feels like to be in between the two states. I think that this product could have benefited from a set of short notes related to each column as a means of psych-education for patients. I hope that Dr Rothschild might consider this.

i love this tool so much i use it with clients as a therapist as well as the grad students i teach! perfect for novice and seasoned clinicians alike.

good as tool to show your clients where he or she is running through and a helpful orientation for oneself...

I often used this visual during therapy as a community occupational therapist working with clients with anxiety disorders and PTSD. This visual is easy to understand and transport from client to client.

Excellent chart for quick reference.

Ich hatte mir mehr davon erhofft, nämlich eine klare, informierende Übersicht. Inzwischen habe ich viel bessere Dartellungen per google gefunden. Eine Sache, die besonders fehlt ist ein Graph zur Veranschaulichung, wo das Nervensystem gerade steht und wie es entweder über- oder unterreagiert. Ziemlich albern sind die empfohlenden Interventionen, die darunter stehen wie: "Put on brakes", oder "Call paramedics". Es gibt Traumatherapien, you know? Mir gefielen die Farben, ich denke das qualifiziert für einen Stern.
