Some things to consider. Does a good job. Highly Recommend.
I live in an area that gets it water from a limestone aquifer this makes our water extra hard. We had a 7 stage under sink system at our old place, but we recently moved into an apartment, so under sink systems are out of the question. I spent a few dehydrated weeks looking for an affordable counter top RO system. The company that made our old system has a counter top version, but it's twice the price... So this is the one I landed on. I struggled between the larger one and the smaller one but wtf am I going to do with 18 oz of water. That's like one gulp, so the small one was out of the question. Why I didn't choose the larger one: while it would be nicer to have more water at once, for me this is a temporary solution. We intend to move back into a home within a year. This will move to my work office when that happens and we will go back to an under counter system. With that knowledge I couldn't justify the extra money for the larger system, and the 3 replacement filters when it comes time. Plus it's only my husband and I so this is more than enough. I chose this one because I didn't want to wait for the water to filter and I didn't want plastic, so the glass carafe is nice, there are some models that store water in an internal reservoir, but you can't clean it. So glass carafe won. Things I wanted to know but no one said anything yet. 1) Flow Speed - Speed is identical to a standard drip coffee maker. After you get it set up it takes about 4-5 min to fill one carafe. 2) Capacity - the carafe is a little more than a a liter. Around 35oz... You can expect to refill your reservoir after filtering 2 full carafes (70 oz/2 liters). You will dump out about a liter of water. So 2:1. 3) Carafe Durability - I read some of the comments talking about the durability of the carafe. I would say treat this like a coffee maker carafe. It is just as thin, so even slight temperature changes can be problematic. I just bought 4 thicker glass carafes with lids, filled them with the filtered water and put them in the fridge. This solves 2 issues... I don't have to wait for cold, filtered water, and I don't have to worry about the carafe breaking because it just lives in the machine. 4) Taste: water taste great, not like nothing, but crisp and clean. I chose to not use the mineral filter, you can leave it out without impacting operations, which is nice. I kind of just feel like it's an additional cost that has to be replaced every 6 months. 5) Noise: this is essentially a Kurig. Instead of pumping water through a heater and coffee, it pumps water through an RO filter. So that's the same speed and noise of this machine. Honestly this is the best comparison. My concerns: 1) UV LEDs are ushualy effective for 10k hours and most people recommend changing them every year. There is currently no way to replace the uv filter/light. 2) The glass carafe is thin and pretty unique, so I would debate this if I had kids. 3) I like the one filter but idk how long it's going to last. Surprises in the manual/box: 1) Descale - your machine can slow down and may need to be descale every few month like a kurig. 2) It came with a infusion filter made of the same glass as the carafe. Maybe someone would get use out of it, but for me that just means I have to clean the carafe after using it. 3) It comes with some tools to clean, I haven't figured out how to use them.

Bluevua ROPOT-Lite(UV): The One-Year Performance Review
Bluevua RO100ROPOT-Lite(UV) Countertop Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System, 7-Stage Purification with UV and Remineralization, 3:1 Pure to Drain, Portable Water Purifier (Blue) Bluevua ROPOT-Lite(UV): The One-Year Performance Review The Bluevua ROPOT-Lite(UV) remains a top-tier choice for countertop purification. After a full year of daily use, the system is reliable, and the water quality is as impressive as day one. Key Highlights: • Precision Maintenance: Waiting until the filter meter reached its final bar (approx. 12 months) proved to be the ideal time for a deep clean. Performing a full descale and sanitize at this stage cleared out a year's worth of mineral buildup. Btw, the descaling and sanitizing kits aren’t included. • Smart TDS Monitoring: The integrated TDS monitor provides real-time transparency, displaying the PPM (parts per million) of the filtered water. This allows you to visualize the RO membrane's efficiency. • Intuitive Controls: The Filtering (Water-Making) button and Flush button provide easy one-touch operations. Normally following each filter, it’ll automatically perform a quick back flush. • Superior 7-Stage Purity with 1 single filter: The combination of RO filtration, UV sterilization, and remineralization produces water that js exceptionally crisp and clean. Unlike some systems needing multiple filters, this system offers the convenience of using just a single filter that lasts at least 12 months with daily use. - [ ] Excellent Efficiency: Its 3:1 pure-to-drain ratio significantly reduces water waste compared to traditional models, making it one of the most eco-friendly countertop options on the market. 1 full tank yields approximately 1.5 carafe of clean drinkable water. The carafe is 40oz (1200ml). According to the TDS/PPM display, the filtered water that comes out typically reads between the range of 5ppm-12ppm. In summary, it’s a terrific investment to have clean water at your disposal without needing to invest in an entire RO unit under the kitchen sink, or without needing to continuously purchase outside bottled or refillable water. Granted for a larger household >2-3 people, a larger system may be required. That said, this Bluevua ROPOT-Lite manages to pack high-end 7-stage purification—including UV sterilization and remineralization—into a sleek, portable design that requires zero installation.

Clean, Great-Tasting Water Without Installation
I’ve been using the Bluevua RO100ROPOT-Lite (UV) for a while now, and I’m really impressed with the water quality. The taste is clean and fresh, and the added UV filtration gives extra peace of mind. Setup was extremely easy—no plumbing or installation required, just plug it in and start using it. I like the compact countertop design and the glass carafe, which feels more premium than plastic. The TDS display is a nice touch to monitor water quality. Filtration is a bit slower than a regular filter, but that’s expected with reverse osmosis. Overall, it’s a great choice for apartments or anyone who wants high-quality drinking water without the hassle of installation.

Bluevua RO100ROPOT-Lite(UV) 7-Stage
The water tastes good once I got it set up. Before you put it on the counter put it on a tray at least until it has seated and no longer leaks. It is going to be an annoying slow process to use the device because it is way to small for one person. It would be great for my cat room and about right for the water bowl for maybe 2-3 days. I need a larger one. You cannot leave it while if is working you must baby sit it. So from that perspective it is annoying. I also have very hard water and have to descale my tea pot weekly so I may find that a problem with this too. It gives specific directions about descaling so it seems it will take a lot of the filter life. We will see if it really lasts a year. I sincerely doubt that will be the case. I'll come back to update. I remove 2 stars because the device broke after the first night and am unable to find support. No trouble shooting available either. But is sure looks quality and the box is quality.

Amazingly simple to use and very effective
I've been using this for about a month now and keep it on my countertop. It works extremely well and makes my water taste great. It is very well designed and engineered. I like that you can see the quality of water you're putting into it as it processes it. So far it has been very durable and should last a long time. I've tested it with an exterior meter and it works as well or better than most reverse osmosis filters. It's easy to fill from the tap. I didn't want to connect it to my refrigerator water line, so this tabletop version is perfect perfect perfect. Do yourself a favor and buy an extra pitcher. Anyone can operate this thing and it only uses power when your processing water which only takes a few minutes. I put the finished product in the fridge to keep it cool. They need to advertise this product. It takes up so little space on the counter, get delivers big results. One of the best purchases I've ever made.

A confusing product
We just got this purifier for our kitchen drinking water. It works great, the water tastes really good. I like that it doesn't need to be connected to the water supply line. It just sits over the kitchen counter, plug it, fill up with water, and that's it. The only thing that I'm not crazy about, is that when the water gets to a certain line or level, that water is supposed to be not good anymore, and it has to be discharge. It just doesn't make too much sense to me. It is water that is mixed with the 'good' water and then that water under that line, is not drinkable anymore, and it has to be thrown away. My daughter explained to me how it works, but still I didn't understand why this water that has been in the same spot as the other drinkable water, has to be discharged. Sometimes new technology is just confusing. But other than that, it is a good product, the water is good, which is what counts. I hope it last a long time. It was a little pricey.

Good taste, cumbersome to use.
I recently purchased this water filter for my office and have mixed feelings about it. On the positive side, the water tastes good. However, there are a few drawbacks that make it cumbersome to use. Firstly, the design of the water tank is quite inconvenient. It appears that the filtered materials get reintroduced into the water tank, so when the back tank is about one-third full, you need to empty it before adding more water. This means you can't simply top up the tank; instead, you have to remove it entirely. Additionally, the way the tank slides into the back is not very secure. You have to use both hands to line it up carefully, while tryingnot to spill the water. Secondly, there is no automatic stop feature even when the jug is full. For instance, the jug was about one-quarter full when the machine indicated that the water in the reserve tank needed changing, even though it was still one-third full. I had to refill the reserve tank, and continue the process. Unfortunately, the machine did not stop when the jug was full, resulting in an overflow that flooded my floor. Overall, while the water quality is good, the cumbersome design and lack of smart sensor feature make this water filter not so great to use effectively.
