For someone who loves writing with a fountain pen but sometimes little inconvenient, this pen is the best of both worlds. Surprising a nice writing pen. Little getting used to but so much joy to write with.

Works perfectly fine and writes pretty smoothly but not the absolute best. Love the color and the ease of use with the clicking mechanism.

Probably the only social media ad for an item that backs up its claims. The ink dries almost immediately. There is almost zero (even nit picking) bleed through even on a thin paged legal pad I was messing around with. Basically this is a fountain G2 rollerball if I’m being honest with how smooth and consistent the ink flow is. Really great pen and I’ve always wanted this type of a fountain pen with retractable nib. Sleek design albeit a bit in the thick side, but not really in a bad way. It’s a bit in the light side with weight, which gives it a more “cheap” type feel. I think if the weight in the hand can be increased to give more heft, I think this would be a full home run. I still have it 5 stars because it’s perfect for what it is and the price point is perfect. If it was heavier I wouldn’t mind paying a bit more for this. Ink color is great and the different colors of body gives customization for personality. I’d love this is a red body too with a medium or even a calligraphy nib. Definitely recommend this.

It’s fine for casual note-taking or occasional use, but not ideal for long writing sessions or professional work. On the plus side, the retractable feature is convenient, and the included cartridges make it a good value overall.

I’ve had my eye on these pens for a while. I love writing with fountain pens, but I have only ever used disposable fountain pens. This pen was a bit out of budget for me, and so when it when on sale, I jumped at the opportunity to get myself, and my friend this pen! It was so worth the cost, and now I can’t wait to buy more, even at the full price! These pens are great! They are easy to load, click open and close easily, and they write like a dream! I would a million times buy this again!

This was my first fountain pen! It was really easy to figure out when it came to installing the ink cartridge. I also really appreciate the clickable design and have experienced no leaks since buying it back in November. However, it might just be the way I use the pen but the ink comes out thicker than I want it to, so I’m not sure about the precise control. I do have very small handwriting, so that might be part of it. The pen I used before was Muji’s 0.38mm gel pen, so I want that same level of thinness in every other pen. The ink DOES dry very quickly, which is great for journaling although the letters tend to bleed in my Midori notebook (which uses Tomoe River paper). This might be attributed to my handwriting style though. I’ll use this when I just want to brain dump. But this pen, for me, is not ideal for precise notetaking—which I do tend to do a lot of. **Attached a comparison photo on a Kokyuo Campus notebook.

A must-buy if you own the Writech Clicktek Retractable Fountain Pen! Since these cartridges are proprietary, you have to buy them, but thankfully, they are fantastic quality. The ink flow is super smooth and consistent—I’ve never had a hard start or skipping, even after leaving my pen sitting for a week.
