Had a very bad situation for 3/4 days when my sleep was getting disturbed at about 3am and resulted in drowsiness throughout the day to follow. With cost of less than ₹300 for a 30 pack (listed ₹699) and a quick delivery by Amazon, it was a try that worked for me. I hope it does not have any side effects and does not fade away in efficiency with repetitive usage. Found many alternatives online too. It tastes good and just like any toffee (see pic). Although I get good sleep after chewing the gum before sleep, it does not give the expected freshness in the morning as it should be, after a good sleep. I should have given a 4.5 star rating for this. SURPRISED WITH THE MARKETPLACE FEE FROM AMAZON. GOING TO USE AMAZON LESS FOR SUCH THINGS

I have just started using this. I used to take tablets. I'm trying thus gummies 1st time. I found this better ... but I would review this again after a month.

Posting this after using it for seven days now. It is good for a person with light sleep. It won't make u sleep faster. It takes about an hour to kick in. But once you fall asleep, you wake up straight in the morning feeling fresh. It provides deep sleep of atleast 5 hours. It has a good flavour. I like it.

Not effective

These gummies never had any effect on me to get good quality sleep maybe because I have high anxiety and need more stronger alternative.

I have been using this for past two three nights.. and it works wonder..no headaches when u wake up.. sleep is also good.. would highly recommend

It's been only a day but I feel refreshed and my headache from yesterday has become better after taking the gummy, I was skeptical at first but the next morning feeling was absolutely amazing and refreshing The only thing I could ask for an improvement in is the taste because it's a bit bitter
