Works great, feeln both my diaphragm & intercoastal getting a workout. BUT definitely clean it first. I submerged it in Hydrogen Peroxide bc that's what we use to clean our 5 gal water bottles successfully. I let it sit in the solution for 30 minutes, rinsed it, and put it back in. Works great, like that it has separate adjustments for in & ex hales. Perfect

It's not a bad product, but it's mediocre at best. The inhale valve can be adjusted from slight resistance to good resistance, but the exhale valve offers too little resistance even at its highest levels.I'm not going to return it, but I'm going to look at another alternative. My favorite is the Power Lung, but I'm not interested in paying $100 or more for travel use.

This is for use as a "breather" type device for someone who is wheelchair bound.We love that it fits easily into the mouth, is easy to adjust and comes apart to clean.This product also comes with a case which is great for making sure it stays clean throughout the day.

It gets the job done. It's way cheaper than alternatives and does not look like it will break easily.I'm personally surprised how weak my breathing muscles are currently.
