Awful Battery Life and Scary Seller Customer Service
I purchased this bluetooth speaker after conducting many weeks and many hours of research. It arrived in a nice box. The sound was good and the speaker had a good weight to it. Solid. The equalizer helped sometimes, and at other times there was too much bass and boom that muffled the mid-range and higher tones. The disaster hit when I had to charge the battery twice in one day with normal usage. Then it died AGAIN, and I began to charge it a third time, when I decided this product is simply not working well! I contacted Amazon and the seller (ideaUSA) at the same time to inform them of the problem, and my request for a refund and a return. Today, I finally heard from Tiffany from ideaUSA, and besides poor English grammar (I'm a retired writing instructor), she states that 30 days have passed since I ordered the item (not so), and that Amazon WILL NOT issue a refund (not true) Fortunately, Amazon operates much more professionally and responsibly than this customer service representative for ideaUSA. It was like a twilight zone experience. One moment she requests my order number stating that "we take things like this seriously," and then sends me another email stating that 30 days have passed since my order (WHAT?)), and that Amazon will NOT issue a refund (But they ALREADY APPROVED BOTH THE RETURN AND THE REFUND!). I recommend "STAY AWAY FROM IDEAUSA and ESPECIALLY Tiffany! Thank God for Amazon customer service that WORKS VERY HARD AND CONSISTENTLY to increase customer confidence with Amazon (although not necessarily the case with THIS SELLER and it's horrific representative. Ay Vey!)
