Mezco - Wednesday - LDD Presents - Dancing Wednesday Addams

The first thing that will blow your socks off is that the face sculpt is so dead on to Ortega without violating the aesthetic of LDDs. This head sculpt is, in fact, better than the already great sculpt on the standard version of Wednesday. Maybe it's the better painting, maybe it is just a different sculpt but, either way, it is superior. The arms are also given a character appropriate (and thus unique) pose that will make her stand out among other LDDs. Add to that the spectacular outfit and hair and you can't lose. Socks blown off? Wig will be, as well. She's just a gorgeous doll. I don't even collect these (though an ex of mine did, so I'm very familiar) but this one was one that stunned me at the store and I had to get one cause it wouldn't leave my mind. Totally worth it. Fits perfectly with a Wednesday collection as it does with an LDD collection. A lot of these IP fusions with the brand didn't quite fit the mark but this one goes beyond the call of duty. Awesome stuff.

So the doll looked great. I had to return it because the package was open and anyone who’s ever purchased an LDD product knows the tape they use doesn’t just separate. It was also shipped in a padded envelope instead of a box and I could have lived with the package being dented, but not opened the way it was. it did arrived on time. Again, I only returned it because somebody else opened it before putting it into the padded shipping envelope.

A must have for the Wednesday collector The doll is perfect..

We are huge fans of the “Wednesday” series. This doll resembles Jenna Ortega the most of all the Wednesday dolls we’ve seen. She’s wearing her famous Raven dance black dress that Thing got for her from Uriah’s Heap (with his 5 finger discount!) Her arms are posed in one of the iconic dance moves from the movie. She stands about ten inches tall and would look great as part of a Halloween decoration or centrepiece. She would be a perfect gift for a “Wednesday/Addams Family collector. I lucked out and bought her on Prime Day for a great deal but at regular price, she’s a good investment. Mezco also makes a second Wednesday doll in her regular black and white dress with the white collar. You see her wearing that dress in the first scene of season one’s first episode. Thing is perched on her shoulder. We bought both Wednesday dolls. They are made of durable vinyl and make a great gift for fans of the show like us. Both are available on Amazon.

Wish she came in a coffin 😔

She has amazing detail. Absolutely gorgeous doll. Although I bought it thinking that it actually moved and it DOES NOT. The title calls it dancing Wednesday and I feel that is very misleading. It's posable, the head, arms, and legs are movable. But no, does not "dance".

Box was not in perfect condition but the doll was great. Goes great with my collection.

It's a little smaller than I thought it would be from looking at the picture, but besides that it's perfect
