I have always been doubtful about my abilities to install these headsets myself but decided to give this a try. With the help of a few YouTube videos I was able to get it done in about 20 minutes. The documentation on how to install this was non-existent in the packaging. The only hint at what you need to do is buried in the Amazon website , halfway down the page. The manual included speaks to how to use the headset but not how to install it.I did not like the option for helmet mounting. It seems you have tow options. 1. Double sided tape or the mounting bracket provided. I would have much preferred your traditional screw based mount to better secure it to the helmet. It did include velcro strips to securely mount the speakers and microphone inside the helmet.Functionally, this works as advertised. I was able to receive calls, play music and use the voice assistant. This charges with the newer USB-C cable with is also provided. It includes a boom mic which I opted not to use. The sound quality was decent during my ride. I was unable to test the intercom functionality as I believe that would require another similar headset. My biggest issue with these is the way the unit mounts to your helmet (ie. not screw based) and the poor quality of the instructions (extremely fine print and does not cover installation options). Otherwise, this helmet works as advertised for significantly less than Sena and other more traditional bluetooth headsets.
