Great price on this sink great value and the color is perfect

I ordered it in January and just now in May did the install as it was part of a remodel. The cup rinse was broke and I had no idea as I never opened the box. It’s now too late for return and from the Amazon page there is no way to contact the seller. So far I like the rest of the sink and features however I would love to simple get 1 part replaced that was received broken. Hope this review helps and I get this resolved.

This sink is very cool. It is very different from your grandmother's sink, with lots of options for connecting add-ons (which come with the sink).A couple notes as to why I did not give a 5-star rating:1. Be careful if you want the cup washer--you'll likely have to make the sink a top-mount vs. undermount. With the undermount there isn't enough space to put the cup washer on.2. The on/off knob is a little difficult. You turn it one way for the faucet and the other way for the rainfall. Unfortunately, as you turn the knob for hotter water the stream also gets heavier; there is no way to have a hot, small stream of water, as far as I could see. And there was no mention of that in the specs.3. I'm a little concerned about protecting the bottom. The first shipment I received had racks to put in the bottom. That shipment came very damaged and when I wanted to order another it was no longer available. I could not wait for the possibility of re-stocking so I went with the (slightly) more expensive but less-to-my-liking version.Other than the above, I'm happy with this unique, almost decorative piece of my kitchen.

I was very excited to have this sink installed. This sink is so versatile - it's like having a mini kitchen workstation! We especially enjoy the various water outputs like the water fall and cup washer areas. This sink is very useful in maximizing space on the surface and below the sink . It also helps to maintain everything organize and within reach. This sink is a wonderful addition to our kitchen!

Not the easiest to install. We continued to have a leak with the part that rinses the cups. It flooded my new kitchen two times before moving in. After trying a few different things to fix it, not being successful we had to remove that part of the sink. That was the thing that sold me on this sink and I ended up without it. The rest of the sink functions fine and I’m happy with it. That’s why I’m giving 3 stars and not 1.

The hose that connects to the hot water was defective . I wouldn’t buy from this seller save yourself the headache.

Customer Service is amazing! Sink it really nice, good quality and love all the extras it comes with.

The led is not working, the hot water can not be connected. Just in two month the cup spray started leaking.No way yo get connected support from the seller.Do not buy this one.
