Works as advertised!
The media could not be loaded. I usually use a ringer mop, however we just ordered this one and works perfectly. Love the spinning concept.Markers on the inside show water levels for .5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 gallons, so if you’re adding a floor cleaning fluid you can easily calculate the amount of cleaning fluid you need.The spinner works really well and does a great job of removing moisture from the mop head. Another nice touch is there is a pour opening on the end of the bucket so you don’t have to pour it out over the edge of the bucket. Also has a nice carrying handleMops a wider path than our standard mop and the micro fiber mop head doesn’t get tangled, plus it’s machine washable! I believe it’s a great value.It’s a win- win for us!

It's hard to keep it flat on the floor
There's many things I love about this mop, examples like it really brings out the water and just as easily as quickly, mop head thoroughly washes the floor without being sopping wet, it's fairly sturdy and can be washed in the washing machine. But it takes patience and some skill to go across the floor & keep the mop head from flipping on its side, rendering it useless until you lift it up, again and fan out the strands & seat it on the floor & try again. I would have liked to have paid less than I did for the constant interruption.

Libman is a great company
I received the mop in the mail and was ready to mop and super excited. I have been wanting one for a while. Sadly when I opened it up and started to use it I found the handle was broken. It would not spin. I called customer service but they were closed.I sent an email and put it all back in the box assuming they would tell me to send it back.The next day customer service had contacted me and I gave them the serial number. Instead of telling me to throw it away or ship it back. They told me that Quality Control wanted to see what was wrong with it and how it broke. They sent me out a replacement with a shipping label to mail the broken part to Quality to inspect it.To me, that shows me that this company actually cares about its products. In the past in similar situations, I have been told to just throw the broken part away.The product is fine. It is a mop, it mops, it spins. It is sturdy. Used it with no issues.

Use
Love this mop spinner, it's works as intended good length for handle and easy to use mop. The only thing I would change is the mop head you should be able to remove and wash. Locks and stays in place.

Libman spin mop system.
This mop/bucket is so easy to use and cleans our floors very well. My husband loves using it and we both highly recommend it. It is a terrific cleaning system because you can spin the mop head without having to wring it. Try it and see how easily you will clean your floors!

Loved but broke within a month.
Honestly loved this when first purchased but the mop broke within a month unfortunately. I do wish it had some upgrades as well like a dirty and clean side for the water. I went ahead and purchased another spin mop else where.

Mop is great
Great mop but man I miss the head was thicker. But overall it’s good but wish it was much better mop head
