It is comfortable and easy to use. I can't say if it is helping my dry eyes yet because I have only used it 3 times. However, I spend 15 minute/day at the low temperature setting and it's a great way to get some peaceful rest. :-) I tried the medium setting, but find it too hot if I have it on for very long. I see my optomitrist in a few weeks to see if it has been working to restore my eye moisture. It's well made and comfortable.

Simple to operate. Heats up very quickly and feels great against my eyes. Have noticed an improvement in my dry eye symptoms since using this. Using it just before bed relaxes me.

Omg - this was the only thing that relieved my dry eye symptoms! I've tried several different eye masks and this one worked the best for me! Doesn't hover over my eyes and worked the longest!

I really like this mask for these reasons: - It actually does get hot, although not as hot as the mask I had before. This one gets hot enough to make it worthwhile for meibomian gland dysfunction, but barely. I had a Low-level light therapy treatment and now I use this mask every day and things have been going well. - The inner heat strip is encased in flexible plastic and looks moisture proof. This makes me feel much more comfortable with the pad getting damp. I put toner on a disposable paper eye mask and wear that under it so it's not just cooking my eyeballs. - The actual mask is small so it's just covering my eye are only and not heating my entire face But there were some issues (and the reason I only gave 3 stars): - The flaxseeds make it nearly unusable because they cause the mask to press painfully against my eyes no matter how loose I adjust the headband. I think they also absorbed a lot of heat. That seems counterproductive to me, especially since the flaxseeds are on the outer side of the mask and not the side against your eyes. So, their purpose seems to be to gouge eyes and absorb heat. - I had to cut those flaxseeds out because I just couldn't take it anymore. There were SO MANY OF THEM IN THERE. Way too many than is even reasonable. The mask performs so much better without them, and is so much more comfortable to wear, although now of course it doesn't look as nice. The cover hides this, so it's not that big a deal to me. But it would have been a lot cooler if the flaxseeds had come in a removable pouch, so I didn't have to cut them out. - The electric cord is on the lower left. Not the worst thing ever but kinda weird and it does get in the way. I think it would be better if the cord were on the upper right, but maybe the cord is just awkward. Overall, the mask is good quality, the fabric is really nice, very soft, and does not stink of chemicals. I also did not notice any dye leaching out onto my skin or into the water when I washed it. The mask would be more comfortable if it were slightly bigger with a slightly wider headband but I'm happy with it as is. If you have a big head, you might be disappointed in the coverage. This mask is sized more for average sized women or maybe teens. If you have eyelash extensions it may be a little too tight or restrictive for them.

I think this is helping my dry eyes. I sometimes put some bottled water drops on cosmetic rounds to add some extra moisture.

Received was described by seller. Package was nicely wrapped and secure. Eye coverage was good. Best used if lying in bed or on couch. Love the quality and fit. Can travel with it too. Would recommend.

Love this item works wonderfully relieves my eye discomfort and irritation along with the constant running eyes I get all the time. It’s slowly going away. It feels so relaxing and peaceful I love using it. Best purchase ever, bought one for my 90 year mother as well for her dry eye relief.

I love this, BUT BEWARE, with the elastic strap as loose as it will go, it fits perfectly, BUT, I'm a tiny woman and have to wear "youth" size baseball caps (the adult size goes over my ears and won't tighten enough.) This would be super tight on the average size man. Hope this helps.

The order came even earlier than expected. The Eye Mask works perfectly, it gets really warm, just what I need. The Mask fits my eyelids perfectly, I like the its compact size.
