Simple but also safe and effective. I’d been suffering with plugged ears for 2 weeks after a head cold. Home application of ear drops was not clearing my ears and a doctors appointment was 3 weeks away. I was dubious about the effectiveness of anything bought on line, but was so desperate at this stage I was prepared to try. I’m glad I did and it provided instant relief and I can hear again. One ear cleared immediately, the other took a couple of applications but both were cleared within a few minutes. Obviously the fact that ear drops had been used every day in the interim period helped, but I’m sure the wax wouldn’t have been removed without this device. Highly recommended.

I was eagerly awaiting delivery of this products this afternoon after losing all hearing in my right ear for more than a week. I had been using Otex twice a day during this period and it had not been effective at all. After reading the positive reviews I was hoping this would be a cure as I still had another week before I could get an appointment at the doctors to have my ear syringed.I quickly assembled the syringe and filled a jug of tepid water and started to irriagte my ear. The design of the syringe means that water is not directed at the ear drum. It's a strange feeling After ten to fifteen washes with the syringe my ear popped and my hearing has been restored. I honestly could have wept with joy. I will use the Clear Ears spray a few times a week now to make sure I don't suffer from impacted ear wax again.I can't speak more highly for this product; easily one of the best purchases I have ever made.

Syringe arrived without the blue top part so it was unusable. They have rectified this quite quickly. The drops are good, I like the fact you don’t have to wash out your ears afterwards like some others

you have a ringing ear after you had a shower or swimming. then you have ear wax, you have ear wax! then you need this my friend. use the oil 3 or 4 days then use Earex ADVANCE ear drops and after 20 minutes use warm water to wash your ear. this syringe is like a gift from heaven. and be new you again....

The ear wax remover was good,BUT I WAS TOLD NOT TO SYRINGE YOUR OWN EAR,ITS VERY DANGEROUS.So I did not do that,but the wax remover DID WORK.....C.G.

My ears were well blocked just flushed them over two days out came the wax now I can ear again .Fill the syringe to the top and inject all the warm water into each ear once or twice just remember to place a bowl underneath...it worked for me

Comprato in abbinamento con l'olio minerale (in quanto il prezzo della sola siringa differiva di pochissimo rispetto all'abbinamento di prodotti poi acquistato). Soffro di tappi e ogni volta sono costretta a fare diversi lavaggi di acqua ossigenata o prodotti appositi da farmacia a base di olii, lavaggi che non sono comunque risolutivi ma che mi lasciano sempre una sensazione di suoni ovattati per diverso tempo. Ho provato anche le classiche perette o grandi siringhe senza ago, che sono sì efficaci ma dopo qualche risciacquo e che esercitano parecchia forza sul timpano. Questa siringa ha tutto ciò che serve per difendersi dal tappo di cerume: un gommino morbido da inserire sulla punta che quindi rende l'operazione delicata e indolore, un getto potente ma delicato, un effetto risolutivo (nel mio caso) al primo utilizzo. Forse costa un po' troppo per il reale costo dei materiali impiegati, pero' dura!

Neulich nach einem Badetag (alles im Ohr aufgeweicht) die geniale Idee gehabt mir die Ohren per Wattestäbchen zu putzen. Ich will an dieser Stelle nicht zu sehr ins Detail gehen, ich kann jedenfalls nur davon abraten. Natürlich hab ich dann alles probiert was man eben so aus der Hausmedizin kennt. Kamillendampfbad, Olivenöl, Ohrenspülung mit dem Duschkopf - Alles Unsinn, nervenaufreibend und völlige Zeitverschwendung. Entweder gleich zum Hausarzt oder eben mit einer Spritze wie dieser hier probieren die Verstopfung zu aufzulösen.Die ganze Prozedur dauert etwa 20min. Zuerst den Spray in das verstopfte Ohr sprühen, ca 10min einwirken lassen und danach mit warmen Wasser ca 10-20 mal durchspülen und die Sache hat sich erledigt.Einziger Minuspunkt:Die Messstriche der Spritze scheinen irgendwie nicht wasserfest zu sein. Bei mir sah die Spritze nach der Ersten Anwendung aus, als wäre sie schon 10 Jahre im Einsatz. Tut dem Sinn und Zweck zwar keinen Abbruch aber optisch halt auch komisch wenn man ein neues Produkt gekauft hat...Wie auch immer, die Spritze tut was sie soll, von daher 5/5.

De forma recurrente, cada x meses tengo que ir a que me hagan una limpieza de oidos, con el engorro consiguiente de tener que medir cita, luego ir a que te lo hagan, etc.Esta última vez he usado este producto yo mismo y ha funcionado perfectamente. Contentísimo de poder apañármelas yo sólo.

Habitué des poires auriculaires, c'est la curiosité qui m'a fait acheter cet ensemble. Et à l'heure actuelle, je suis très satisfait. La seringue est de qualité, on sent qu'elle ne va pas casser à la moindre pression. Et la diffusion de l'eau sur 3 axes est très appréciable: pas de risque d'envoyer trop de pression sur le tympan. C'est bien plus confortable qu'une poire!L'atomiseur fait bien le travail aussi, mais je pense qu'il doit être utile uniquement en cas de bouchon: le produit est très gras, ce qui doit bien aider à ramollir le cérumen.

A mi personalmente no me ha servido de mucho,asi que nose si va bien o mal.la punta de silicona se suele soltar
