This icemaker was the second countertop machine purchased within a year. It makes bullet ice, large and smaller sizes. Quick timing for the first batch, 6 minutes. It produces a chewable bullet that cools drinks quite nicely. The ice scoop is a good size. It's self-cleaning and quiet. I'd recommend this model for size, quality and price.

I never had an ice machine so I treated myself. So far, it works great and produces a lot of ice. Doesn’t take up much room, was packed really good and I’m happy with it.

It worked for about 9 months, but we also didn't clean it so that didn't affect the review. I should've cleaned it monthly. It made barely enough ice for two people who always put ice in their drinks, but it did make enough esp. if you filled it every morning when you make coffee. I would probably buy a different one next time that makes more ice, but this one was fine.

Husband bought this for me because our freezer isn't great. Built well makes the ice fast as described tastes great. No loud noises was easy to setup and use I am disabled so that was a plus. Highly recommend.

This ice maker worked good for 4 months and now it wont work at all. We cleaned it like suppose to and used good water. Now nothing at all. It wont clean or make ice period. Dont buy it, get a different one. Its a waste of money
