Jar fot damaged. I have try to contact support but no response as i am in uk . I have ordered new one but its received twice damaged and again I'll order

Grinder has enough power to do daily grinding work with ease. Build quality is good but nothing exceptional. No safety feature of grinder only spins when jars are properly locked.

Literally the best mixer grinder i have ever used the 1000 wattage itself tells its power Its speed is so fast that it can crush literally anything The quality is way too good And the jars are also of very good quality It is easy to clean after use This mixer grinder can mix grind spices even make shakes and many more things You can carry it anywhere as it is not too bulky and the weight is also less A must buy mixer grinder at such low price

I am extremely disappointed with this Phillips 1000 watt mixer that I bought 6 months back. Prior to this, I have used Phillips mixers for 15 years and this is my 4th mixer. The major issue is with the lids. The lids don't have a clamp. They are just closed using the gasket. When there is a little bit of excess liquid, it causes the lids to get pushed up with the pressure while starting the mixer, causing everything from the mixer to spray and plaster your entire kitchen. Even when I told the lid tightly in place before starting the machine, the force ofnt the 1000 watt machine, causes the lid to get displaced. Specially the chutney jar is totally useless. Everytime I have used it, my kitchen has been plastered with the chutney flying all over. I always used to blindly trust Phillips products for its designs, and I have a number of Philips products, but this time I am extremely disappointed ☹️
