I’ve been taking Designs for Health magnesium glycinate for close to 15 years and swear by it for sleep, muscle recovery and most importantly, regularity. Great product! I agree with other reviewers that the switch from glass bottles to plastic bottles is disappointing. In fact, the most current order I just received smells and tastes different. Please return to glass bottles! I bought the same product again and for a quantity of two because i am very pleased with the quality of the specific brand.I gave it a 4star because it is the first time in years that the package was clearly open and the only reason the product was not damaged or missed was pure luck.I am very happy that i finally found a trusted brand and a great magnesium product and i will buy it again.But the package this time was way bad
