FACE ID doesn’t work.
The case is so nice, feels great and easy to install. However the Face ID feature doesn’t work with the case. I had to take off the case many times to see what’s the issue, I even tried to sync a new face with the case on but keeps saying that my face is out of view. Seems like it’s blocking a sensor or something. I have the iPad Pro 13” 2024.

BLOCKS TRUE DEPTH SIDE CAMERA = NO FACE ID. I need protection until I can find a replacement -so I chose to dremel out the section in red to reveal the side cam and depth cam fully. modded case now works

The case covers the camera, it broke with then two weeks

Doesn’t work with facial recognition cameras
This case doesn’t work with the facial recognition. The molding is covering up the facial recognition piece. I had to use a hand router to cut away the plastic to be able to use it.

Have to return this item as it renders the Face ID un useable.
