My mother is diabetic and keeping her insulin cool when she’s travelling has been an issue. She carries a full size cool bag in the car but this pouch is much better as it’s small enough to slip into a pocket. There are two cooling pouches which are made from a very tough looking nylon like material, two fixed inserts with pouches and the whole case has a silver lining to help insulate the contents. The outside of the case in made of grey cloth with black trim. The quality seems very good and the zip runs smoothly.
