not retaining charge good customer service
Had this a couple of months but now not keeping its charge, flashes to be recharged after 1 day then showing charged after 5 minutes. Need a working toothbrush so will have to buy another I originally gave this a one star review because the product was faulty, the seller saw the review and offered an immediate refund or replacement. The refund was dealt with quickly so I have increased the rating due to good customer service. If I had gone for a replacement I might have found that the faulty item was a one off but I had already bought a replacement

They seem great, but are a major letdown - too weak!
they looked like a great deal and seemed to be doing everything an expensive Oral B brush would do. Unfortunately, they are a major let down. They are extremely weak, to the point where if you press them against your teeth to do the brushing, the head just stops. It keeps vibrating and making noise, but the actual brushing doesn't happen. Bought two, and both are as weak, so it wasn't a one off.

I am very impressed with the quality and aestetics of it. Comes with many brush heads. Works as well as the very expensive models. Wish they would include a travel case.
