Nice sliders for challenging leg work!
Easy glide on any floor. I like the oval shape and they are very sturdy. Pretty pink too!

Great Quality and Super Handy
These sliders are great quality — sturdy, smooth, and easy to use on both hard floors and carpet. They glide really well and make core workouts extra challenging in a good way. I also love that they came with a mesh storage bag, which makes it easy to keep them together and take them on the go. Overall, a simple, well-made piece of equipment that adds a lot to my home workouts!

Overpriced
I love how easy these Pilates sliders are to use—they’re smooth, lightweight, and perfect for at-home workouts. However, they’re definitely overpriced for such a simple product. They work well, but I don’t think the price matches what you get.

A durable fun addition to my home gym
I’m sold on these Bala sliders. My home gym just gets better and better. The quality is great! A great gift for my niece. No I didn’t give up mine! The colors are fun and they are easy to clean if needed after using them by the pool. It’s great to workout in the fresh air!

For me slow movements were so challenging!
Absolutely love them! These sliders are a great addition to workouts. You can really challenge yourself by incorporating them in your movements. My core is on fire!
