Quality brace to that has helped my plantar fasciitis. The only issue is the brace will slip off my foot while I sleep. If I make it very tight to prevent slippage then then my foot will fall asleep. I wear a 14 wide shoe so I think someone with a smaller foot should get the smaller size.

I've had chronic plantar fasciitis for 15 years. When I wear this for at least part of the night my foot almost always feels less painful than usual.

Super comfortable and easy to wear. It keeps foot in neutral position but does not stretch toes upwards like other braces. I wish it would but it is helping.

not obtrusive when sleeping and velcro adjustments allow a lot of fine tuning. careul not to go too tight around the pinky toe, can be really uncomfortable and disturb sleep. keep it looser there and it should be fine.

I think this brace will be very effectve - IF I can figure out how to keep it on my foot. No matter how I position it, my toes fall out when I'm asleep. I ordered the correct size and my foot is exactly in the mid-range of the sizing. I just wish I'd paid more attention to the other reviews that mention this issue.

I wear a size 12 womens and ordered accordingly. I would not recommend this as the product has trouble staying on my foot, which makes it easy to kick off in the middle of the night.
