works great
It is easy to use and works great. If you relax the side straps for the frist 2-3 nights it is easier to get use to. Then tighten up the side straps so your foot is pulled upwards but do it gradually otherwise you will be uncomfortable and take it off at night. Onc you wear it for several nights yuo will see and feel a differance.

Uncomfortable
The product was of very good quality and it was promptly delivered. It was just uncomfortable for me to wear at night. It may take some getting use to.

Very functional and inexpensive
Due to plantar fasciitis in both feet, I needed an optional method of stretching. The recommended version of this splint from clinician was going to cost $148. After a little research, I discovered this one for $20 that has all the "bells and whistles" of the more costly versions (fewer middlemen to pay). Rather than wear it to bed each night (disrupting sleep), I wear 1-3 hours as needed in the evening while reading or watching TV. I have incorporated this tool in my stretching regimen with good success. One thing I must mention, while wearing this splint and to keep your heel in contact with the heel pocket of the splint, you must elevate your knee. The best way that I have found is to lie on the sofa (supine) after donning splint, with bottom of foot against arm of sofa and a rolled towel or small pillow under the knee. This will reduce strap tension across top of foot, which causes discomfort, and still provide necessary plantar fascia/Achilles stretch.FYI: This tool MUST be used in conjunction with your overall stretching regimen. It cannot be used solo and expect to achieve positive results. I would recommend this splint to those seriously following a stretching regimen and needing an alternate tool to treat Plantar Fasciitis and Achilles Tendonitis.

Difficult to sleep in. Bad return policy.
I have had this for a week and have not been able to sleep in it at all. I usually go to bed around 10 and toss and turn until about midnight when I just give up and take it off. It's so bulky and uncomfortable. I tried to return it, after having it for about a week and trying various ways to sleep with it, but the company's policy makes that pointless. So be aware, there is a 20% restocking fee and shipping cost that comes out of your refund. I wish I never bought this. They should stand by their product and return it with a full refund. I don't mind paying to ship it back, but the restocking fee is ridiculous.

They run big!!
I tried it for 3 nights, didn't like it one bit.Difficult to strap on,much too big. If you wear a size11 or larger,go for the large size, I wear size 10 shoe, and this boot was about 1"longer than my foot, very uncomfortable, where do you put this under the blankets, couldn't get comfortable at all. Sent it back, no problem with return. Seller was very good about my return.Good luck !!

GOOD PRICE!
Looks bulky and heavy but not at all. It's very comfortable. But if u tighten straps to tight you will end up waking up in the middle of the night and taking it off. Works very well and very gd price. They have one at walgreens not the same style same problem and it was $100.00 thats ridiculous. You will be happy with this if u hv plantar frasciitis. You will see improvement immediately. I said improvement NOT a miracle! My plantar fasciitis has improved a whole lot. When i first recieved my splint my pain was at 10. I have had my splint for about a month and now my pain is 0 to 1 it varys day to day. So much improvement compared to i was limping 2-3 weeks before the splint. so now i stretch and ice my foot when needed. Also i bought the large size. I wear 10 1/2 in shoes and it fits well still a little room. so hope i was helpfull.

It helps, but it is very hard to adjust ...
It helps, but it is very hard to adjust so it's tight enough to help, yet not hurt in the middle of the night. If I make it so it isn't loose and moving all around I wake up with my toes in pain from the straps. If I adjust it so my toes don't hurt it hardly helps. Catch-22
