Very Poor Quality.
I bought this item based on the many good reviews I read but it would seem clear to me that people are happy to buy crap! For me, I am very disappointed with this purchase. The hanging cables are not tight so when you hang your clothes they play see-saw with the other clothes on the other sides of the same wire. The frame is clumsy and flimsy and feels like it is going to twist out of shape when you extend it. I will be requesting a return for this item. I would suggest looking around before buying this product.

Easy to fit to the wall. Doesn't take a full, heavy load. The wiring needs tightening when being put up but soon sags again.
