Tried to work with seller. They required picture which I sent. This ring has a mysterious white substance on and around main stone. It broke my ring finger and especially the one beside it put with a very painful rash. Still wouldn’t let me return item as defective. Contacted Amazon. Didn’t hear back from them either. Meanwhile I am in pain. Dr prescribed a skin cream. And it hasn’t cleared up yet! Need Amazon to step up!!

There was a bit of confusion with my initial order. Despite the seller's policy of not taking returns they did provide me with a second ring. To me the ring metal seems more of a yellow gold than rose gold. The gem also seems to lack the slight purplish tint of natural Tanzanite (yes, I have some real ones for comparison). Regardless, it is quite pretty and I will happily add it to my collection...
