SMAGREHO 6-Quart Stand Mixer with Pouring Shield

Nicely designed, no crevices for stuff to accumulate in, not gaudy. Grinds meat beautifully. Mixes very well! And the dough hook is awesome, although I think it might top out at 3 or 4 cups of flour (I typically use 2.5 and it does a fine job, although it can get noisy. Haven't used the blender yet but the cup is very well made. So glad I bought this!

I debated how to rate this because when I first received it and turned it on it groaned like a jammed motor. I contacted the seller that said they would get back to me once they contacted the manufacture but never did.I email the manufacturer Smagreho about this but they never reponded or replied or acknowledged they received my email on this issue. good thing I bought a square trade warranty just in case this was faulty.I decided to make some sausage. The grinder worked well grinding the meat. I added seasoning to the ground meat and mixed it with the paddle on the mixer itself. Both worked well at a midway speed.It is noisy but functions fine but I still don't like the groaning before starting and turning. I keep in mind that I didn't spend $300 for the mixer and then have to buy attachments.So overall I like the mixer and it functions well.4 stars because of no customer support. Thought about giving 3 but it ground my sausage.

The mixer worked fine in August 2018. I have not used it for a long time. Today when I tried to start it, nothing happened. I am hoping the company sees this and contacts me since I did not find the information needed to contact the company. I have a 3 year warranty.

Here's the pros and cons:Pro Con Noisy, I measured 87 dB @ 4 ft. That's loud Beaters, etc are way off the bottom of the bowl. Need spatula Speed is slow. Need faster speed to whipI didn't get to the meat grinder or blender. The mixer was bad enough. When I tried to beat a few eggs, couldn't do it. Too slow and too far off the bottom. Making a light batter was light on top and unmixed on the bottom.If this was the update, I can't imagine what the prior version was like. Maybe it was too quiet.

Was scared it won't perform well because the attachments are lightweight compare to other known brand mixers. But I was surprised on its performance and for that I love it.it had a burnt smell initially but stops.the meat grinder and blender are strong.
