I’ve been using this stainless steel hotel pan in my kitchen, and it has quickly become one of my favorite prep and storage tools. The build quality is excellent—solid stainless steel, sturdy edges, and no flexing even when it’s completely filled. The size is perfect for washing, storing, or serving a good amount of vegetables. I also appreciate that it doesn’t retain odors or stains, unlike plastic containers. It fits well on the counter and slides easily into the fridge when needed.

These stainless steel hotel pans are fantastic! The metal is thick, durable, and resists warping even with heavy use. They fit perfectly in standard racks and steam tables, and they clean up easily without staining. I use these in my warning buffet tray at home when I cook for people. I had 1/2 and 1/3 sizes but find these deep 1/6 size pans very convenient. They hold a lot more than it seems they would and allow me to keep a lot of food warmed up and ready. I can also prep ahead and stack these in my fridge. I use them especially for making "Bowls" where I can have prepared grains, proteins and veggies and let everyone create their own combo. The only down to these (and other I have) is the handles for the lids have a shallow recess for gripping that is not easy if you have a potholder. You also need to store them somewhere, but they do stack.

These are perfect for party hosting or meal prepping!! We use them for pizza party night and put the toppings in the containers and everyone can make their own pizza however they like!!
