You sure can. Connect one of the analog outputs into the analog input on the L1 1S power stand.

Does it come with the same mounting bar that the original tonematch comes with?

Can I use this one with the S1 pro battery speaker?

Yes you can. I connect it to the Bose Sub 1 then to 2 S1 pros to get stereo sound. But you can connect it directly to the S1 Pro. (Actually makes it sound much better as you have more EQ options).
