This is a super useful punching bag. I wet the bottom with a damp paper towel, and it attached perfectly to the floor. I bought it to ease stress and exercise. It's also height adjustable, which makes it perfect for kids. Overall, it's an excellent boxing speed ball!

Everything about the product is fine EXCEPT it did not stick to either of two wood floor surfaces in my gym. Waste of time. Get one with a base that fills with either water or sand instead

The suction cups do not stick to the hardfloor. Whenever I hit the bag, it just falls over.

I didn’t expect much, it’s been amazing for our family.The children adore it and it’s easy to adjust to the perfect height and size for everyone. It’s not professional-grade but it’s a great option for home workouts.

I have almost no speed bag experience but I can see that with practice I will be able to replicate some of the speed bag routines. This doesn't respond as fast as a speed bag so it should be doable for me. For a beginner's lesson search on "A Speed Bag Routine for Beginners". There is friction between your hands and the bag and you may develop sore hands without protection. I prefer a pair of weightlifters gloves. Golf gloves or any other unlined glove may work as well.As for assembly, there were instructions inside a bag in the box. The picture on the website made it fairly intuitive as well. The threads of several suction cup bolts and/or some holes in the base were not clean and it took a while to coax them together. I gather that occasionally a suction cup is defective or does not hold up because the kit included two extra suction cups as replacements. At first I thought that there was no inflation needle to connect the provided air pump to the bag - it was there, cleverly tucked in a recess in the shaft of the pump handle. There is one important connection secured by a Philips screw - a matching screwdriver is thoughtfully supplied as well as an extra screw.Getting the suction cups to stick to the floor is a challenge. I tried a red oak plank floor but the grooves between the boards broke the suction. I moved to a sealed concrete floor which was better but still not satisfactory. I then wet the concrete where the suction cups would be and that worked well. As the water dries out it will eventually pop off again but it will stay put long enough for a good workout. If you have a vinyl, ceramic tile, terrazo, or marble floor you should have no problems. I know from experience that an effective fix for problem suction cups is to smear them with glycerine instead of water. The glycerine stays sticky for a long time. In the unlikely case that doesn't work on the concrete I can always drill 3 holes in the one end of a 2' x 4' (approximate) piece of 3/4" plywood and mount the base there without the suction cups. I can then stand on the other end and have a secure mount.Nice product despite a few minor issues.

I’m really enjoying this punching bag with stand… I view and use this more like a light speed bag… a slow speed speed bag maybe.It comes with wraps for your hands, I didn’t get them in the video. They do work and do recommend them if you do not have some type of glove.This assembles relatively easily.If you are taller than 6 foot, this might be too short or small for you. I am 6 foot and have to squat down just a couple inches in a stance to be able to punch straight out.It does take a bit of trial and error to get the extension poll tightener set tight enough as it transitions from a plastic pipe to a metal pipe. Until it is tightened correctly it does tend to slip and slide down (slowly) while you are using it. Also the bag itself screws on and can loosen and unscrew after a few minutes of exercise.For the price, I think those challenges are workable.I find this to be a great bit of energizing exercise at home, sort of break up the day with short exercise breaks to get the blood flowing a bit and get focused.the suction cups work well enough on a wood floor, but I do have to step on each of them just before using this as they tend to loosen up after a few hours.this would be a terrific gift for kid or a teenager, but probably not the type of punching bag where they might hit it as hard as they can, it won’t always hold up to that. Again, better for using it like a speed bag.

There are some things that I really like about this punching bag, but I can't get it to suction on my wood floor. It may do better with laminate or tile? It was very easy to assemble. I really like that the height is adjustable and you can easily break it down to store. I really wish the base had another option besides the suction cups. I may try to get some sand bags so that I can use it.
