Patent, Copyright & Trademark: An Intellectual Property Desk Reference Paperback – March 31, 2014

A complete reference with a nice thumb index along the pages. It is kind of like having a lawyer in your book case, only cheaper! This is the 13th Edition from March 2014. I have been using it to prepare patents for my trombone case designs.

This is literally just a glossary for commonly used words and phrases related to patent/copyright/trademark/trade secret stuff. There are four sections, 98% of which is definitions and the remaining few pages provide examples of what you submit. It's handy, I suppose, but is only worth its weight in how to be a dictionary.

I had no plan to buy a book like this but when I read the sample, I knew I couldn't do without it. The breadth and depth of this book are perfect; not too much, by no means not too little! Will be a great help.
