This is an amazing product, my daughter loves it. Her only complaint is that the screen is top heavy and falls over, so she has to use something to prop it up.

We have in the past been dissatisfied with SQBB DVD portable players. My son wanted the red and white player, so I bought it. Defective. Kept saying "No disc". It was replaced at no charge. The new one had the same defect. I want a credit and I will order something else.

I opened my child was so happy because he got two DVDs at school today and put the first one in just plain white screen second one in a plain white screen. It arrived broken in the middle of work and my daughter was very disappointed so thank you very much for nothing, and disappointed my child.
