I played Star Wars Fallen Order before on my smart TV, but playing it on this screen, the colors are way more vibrant.Everything looks soooo much better !!!!!I can see the graphics in the darker parts and make out way more parts of the game now !!!!!Speakers are louder then I thought, but definitely not great.I use headphones anyways, but figured I mention that.It's like a cell phone.Loud enough, but don't expect boomy bass.Honestly it's better then I thought it would be all around, and the case is nice and works good.It fits on my iPad holder too, so that's good !!!It's not too heavy so it pretty much stays in place with my goose neck holder.Maybe get one you can tighten though if you want it to go out straight because it is heavier then my iPad.I highly recommend it !!!Especially for the price !!!:-)

I've been on the search for a 17" portable gaming monitor with a 144hz refresh rate that was truly portable, lightweight but still feature packed and this is the one for me! I'll start with the packaging and what is in the box. You will get a sturdy professional looking and feeling box that houses the monitor and instruction manual, 2 USB-C to USB-C cables, 1 mini HDMI to HDMI cable, charging square, and color instruction manual that is easy to read.The left side of the monitor has a mini-HDMI Out port and 2 USB-C ports and either of the USB ports will power the monitor. On the right side is the power button, 3.5mm audio out port, and a unique button the manufacturer calls a Pulley Button. I've never seen this type of button on a display before but it is ingenious. It functions as a type of scroll wheel with a Click to Enter stub sticking out of the middle and this button is where you change brightness, volume, and other settings that are normally done by using a combination of 3 different buttons on other monitors. The manual explains how to use this button to change settings in detailed, easy to follow text.Also included is a protective cover for the display and it has M4 4mm VESA mounting holes on the back as well. The protective cover doubles as a stand for using the monitor on a desk or hard surface and is very convenient and handy. The manual shows easy to follow diagrams of how to use the protective cover as a monitor stand if you need it, but it's not hard to figure out once you get the hang of it and use it a few times.Now for the stuff you really want to know; this monitor is nice!!! Clear, crisp text and images. Nice and bright right out of the box. I put power to it using the included cable and power block, plugged the HDMI cable in to my computer, and the screen of my laptop was mirrored immediately. As I write this review I'm comparing the screen of my 144hz gaming laptop to the monitor and the monitor is much clearer, brighter, crisper, easier to read, and better looking all around. The size is perfect for my needs. I've used it to play AAA games and measured my FPS while doing so and this external 144hz monitor has increased FPS over the 144hz built in display of my laptop in every game I've tried. AMD Freesync is an included feature and was an important part of my purchase decision and it works flawlessly.Whether you are needing an external monitor for work from home using spreadsheets and email applications, or whether you're playing in tournaments as a professional gamer, I don't feel you will go wrong with this monitor. I've been using it 4 days now and can't find anything negative to say about it. Buy it, you won't regret it!

Worked great but now the windows starts menu is burnt into the screen. Screen burn means low quality parts.

The EVICIV 17.3-inch monitor was surprisingly light to carry in a backpack, and the magnetic case protects the monitor screen well. Once you set up the monitor and power it (1 USB-C or mini-HDMI to connect to the laptop, and another USB-C cable to a power source), it is bright and steady. It takes a little bit to get used to the control button on the side of the monitor, but adjustments are easy to make. The customer service EVICIV gives is top-notch and they are quick to respond about questions or needs.

This monitor is expensive for what you are getting in performance vs a full size monitor. However, you will not find a fullsize monitor this thin.So this market is somewhat niche.However, I have played many hours on this monitor. Probably around 4 hours a day for aonth or two. No issues and great picture.Refresh rate, colors and picture are nice. Nothing stands out here though as unique. Gets the job done at the expected resolution and gets it done on USB-C power from the front of my case.I use this paired with my small Matx case PC as I live in my camper currently and have limited space for storage. This thing tucks into a tight space and can be pulled out when I'm ready to play.Then put back up quickly when I'm done.Only drawback is the wonky vesa/mounting hole pattern. Doesn't appear standard. However, the magnetic folio is excellent.
