Customer support was excellent. They responded very quickly to my request for software to customize the ticket. Easy to follow instructions. Definitely would buy again

Good customer service, and the machine works well, but people can't seem to grasp the concept of how to tear the receipt paper correctly. So plan on having to fix and reset the paper often. The take a number wheel is a much safer buy.
