so far so good. The vac works well. I use it every day to pick up cat hair. I have a very long haired cat. He sheds a lot of hair. The vac does a good job. I got the extra battery because it does not last for the over all vacuuming I do every morning. So far so good, it charges well.

As the man of the house, one of the chores that I volunteered for was vacuuming the house. The vacuum we have is a canister pull type that is very cumbersome with a long cord that doesn’t track well as you pull it along. Eventually I decided to pick out a battery vacuum of my own liking. The Levoit vacuum works great and I would recommend as a light weight cordless alternative. A second battery is a must if you have a large house. I wished it stood up by itself a little better, but other than that it works great and picks up dirt/dust very well. It comes with a hanger bracket to allow storage in a closet too.

This is an excellent vacuum. Lightweight and articulating allowing access to undersides of furniture. I bought a second battery to increase my work time.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I bought this rechargeable vac to replace an old hand-me-down canister vacuum at our camp. The tubing on the old one had cracked and been duct-taped, and one day, in a fit of frustration, I disposed of it at the local transfer station. We have about 400 square feet of carpeting and about 240 square feet of bare floors at camp, so we needed a vacuum that could handle both. Also, since storage is an issue when you live in 640 square feet of space, we needed something that could be broken down to fit under the bed. Another selling feature for me was the fact that you can use it as a hand vac to clean your car; the brush and crevice tool that came with it are also useful. In addition, I ordered an extra battery and a box of filters. We're happy with this vac so far. With several suction settings available, It does a good job picking up sand, pine needles, and hair, and the generously-sized dirt cup is easy to empty. I haven't timed how long it takes to recharge a battery, but it's not an issue since we have a spare. This vacuum was highly rated by an independent organization, so I was comfortable ordering it, even though I hadn't seen one or talked with anyone who owned one.

Does the same thing that my higher priced Dyson did… and this machine has a light! I would never purchase a vacuum without a light again… it is a game changer! It is also much easier to empty the bin than a Dyson.. Have had it for several months now and I am very impressed with this machine.. it is light weight and powerful…

Just what I wanted. Actually picks up soil and fuzz on carpet AND hard wood floors. I really, really like this product. Handy to use everywhere without a bulky cord getting in the way. The battery lasts pretty long for my purposes.
