These Hombys Lumbar Support Pillows provide my nearly constant, dull & nagging low back pain REALLY good low back support. It IS providing my low back with enough support to give my low back the pain relief I've been hoping for. I now have ZERO pain (not exagerating). Just a side note: I tried submitting photos of these awesome pillows, but Amazon cant seem to upload them. This has become a CONSTANT problem on Amazon for me. Is anyone else having this issue? On to the review: The foam is dense enough to provide support, and soft enough to be comfortable. Granted, I am a 160 lb, 5'4" older female so the size and foam density are very good for my back. This would most likely not work for my 240 lb 6ft husband. He would flatten it over time. It comes with a soft washable cover that has a nylon, adjustable loop with clasp for fastening around a chair. The loop makes it versatile to move and use anywhere you sit and are in need of support. It's also easy to adjust. If you can adjust a dog collar you can adjust this. I love that this lumbar pillow is wide too. I have a smaller lumbar pillow that I paid twice as much for but it is half as wide and half as tall so I'm constantly repositioning it. I might use it for driving now or just as a head pillow. I just bought two of these one for my recliner and one for my bed. I can't attest to durability but the quality is A+.

I had an emeregency back surgery and needed some support in my chair when I got home. This pillow was fantastic! We tried multiple types of pillows and finally ordered this one. AAAHHHH! I could not believe the difference one it arrived, the support, softness andd pain relief! It worked so well and fit the chair perfectly! It gave support but it was soft enough that it did not hurt where I had the surgery. I was finally out of pain. This is the pillow you will need it you are in pain, it really does work!

Perfect! My couch has zero lower back support. I’ve tried all kinds of pillows and after a while they just squish down and offer no support. This 20” wide lumbar support pillow is a game changer for me! It’s wider and thicker than a regular office chair back support and perfect for a recliner or couch. My partner tried it and loved it so I bought a second one to avoid having to share mine. It’s just firm enough to offer perfect lower back support for several hours. Now I can truly relax pain free while reading, watching tv, etc. I do not need or use the elastic strap that comes on it so I cut it off. I have 2 dogs so I keep it covered with a cheap pillow case to keep it clean. Highly recommended!

This pillow is very well made, and provides the perfect amount of lumbar support for my lower back However, I need it to be about 3-4 inches taller in order to ALSO support my mid-thoracic spine, which also gets very sore, so that was the first issue. (I’m 5’5”) The second problem is that it’s just too thick for me - it pushes my butt was too far forward in the chair, and then my head is so far away from the back of the chair that I can’t rest it there unless I use a couple more pillows.

Great lumbar pillow for recliners! There's just enough cushion to offer support without being too thick and uncomfortable. I wish it was bit wider since I have wide sofa seats (36" I think) but it is wide enough to comfortably recline without it dipping on the sides so it's okay.

This pillow arrives compressed. When I unwrapped it, it was flat as a pancake and I was so disappointed. BUT I left it on a chair at regular room temperature and wow when I looked at it the next day (to pack up and return), it had expanded. I tried it in my chair,sat w/it and the thing is FABULOUS~! Who knew? It would have been great if there had been some kind of note included, that's for sure. Anyway, it's nice and firm and perfect for what I wanted. So much better than trying to use a regular throw pillow~!

I have some lower back issues. I replaced my old sofa with a good quality recliner chair, which improved things for me a lot. But when I received this cushion - designed for recliners! Fantastic. Even better! Very supportive in all the right places. Very happy I bought it. EDIT: 1 Year later. I just bought another of these. Over the course of a year's daily use, compression has reduced the size of the first cushion, Just physics and age I suppose. Excellent cushion - one of the things that protects my back after injury. Highly recommended.
