If you, like me, are in the midst of your quarter life crisis, this book is for you! You'll laugh and cry a lot.

3 ⭐️ Great for the beach or a plane ride.Without spoiling the book, I thought the main character & their perspective was both interesting & entertaining.It is definitely not a predictable book by any means & I enjoyed it, not knowing what to expect or how it would all come together. It was fascinating to get into the mind of someone who is crippled with anxiety, and actually helped me better understand what it might be like for those with severe anxiety & panic attacks.

The thinking and over thinking Gilda going through I can feel it literally. I have came across many characters in real life like Emily has created like Giuseppe. And many more , read it

The best book I have read in forever. Maybe it's the space I've been in (depressed by lack of sleep when I'm usually naturally cheerful), but the deadpan humor, the life insights, the END especially...oowah. Just amazing. When dark thoughts go so far they actually almost make sense? Priceless. I hope this author writes and writes. I will buy every last book she comes up with. Both my siblings are bi polar, I'm ADHD challenged and have worked with lots of anxious kids, have had friends who have panic attacks right in front of me. Adding this information in so as not to seem as if I take depression lightly. It's just, WOW. What a brilliant and touching way to tell its story.
