Bought this Live camera for my kids birthday event to capture all our happiness and memories. its excellent 1080P 60FPS quality made video pretty clear and all our family members were happy. Also the special Functionality is its Zoom Capability. This is the best item for capturing the videos with excellent ease of use.

Originally, I wrote a one-star review because one of the two cameras arrived with a factory defect (power port) and I was having trouble getting it replaced. After the review was posted, Tenveo immediately reached out and replaced the camera quite quickly. At this point, the system is installed in our church and has been operational for the past month. The feedback has all been very positive, everyone likes this much more than the previous system (which was 5 years old). My feedback at this point would be: The Overall System: - Components: 2 TEVO-VHD630A-NDI PTZ Cameras, 1 TEVO-KB200PRO Camera Joystick Controller, Windows PC, POE Switch - Setup: The cameras are on Autofocus, Auto color balance, and are connected only by a Cat6 LAN cable (POE). Each camera has 9 stored positions that cover all areas of our sanctuary. - Performance: The cameras maintain a clear, well-focused, perfectly color balanced picture. They transition smoothly and quickly from one stored position to the next. Between the two cameras, the color balance is identical, which I consider a plus. The PTZ Cameras - After the initial issue with one having a manufacturing defect, the replacement cameras worked as advertised. The cameras are isolated from the internet, and I have not been able to locate where Tenveo allows people to download firmware upgrades. - I have not figured out how to use the AI tracking feature of the cameras, it is not in any of the literature that came with the cameras The Joystick Controller - It could not find the cameras on the network, although the controller and the two cameras were connected to the same network switch - Manually entering the two cameras was pretty easy and once they were setup, the controller moves them around well - Although the controller will let you store more than 9 preset positions, I cannot figure out how to select anything having two digits when operating live - The joystick took a little time to get used to. Overall Satisfaction - From a hardware standpoint, this is an excellent system, outperforming its price point - From a software standpoint, this lacks documentation and therefore setup and operation took much longer than expected – basically I had to figure out how things worked by trial and error. It would be nice to have a manual that explained the settings on the cameras and how to program and operate the joystick controller - From a support standpoint, this lacks documentation and I still have not located the Tenveo “downloads” page for Firmware Upgrades and Manuals Overall, this system outperforms at its price point, although setup can be frustrating from the almost non-existent documentation and support. I would recommend this to anyone who is technically oriented.

La cámara es excelente. El servicio de primera. Tengo ya seis meses con la cámara, la usamos en mi iglesia para transmitir los servicios y vamos a seguir comprando otras cámaras Tenveo. Hace dos domingos tuvimos un problema porque no estaba mostrando video y me comuniqué con servicio al cliente y me respondieron de inmediato. El problema se pudo resolver al poco tiempo. Muy feliz con el producto y con el servicio.

The video quality on this camera is insane, beats all of my other canon with any lense... The remote control has decent range, so im able to control from far. No need for great lightning, camera adjusts accordingly very well... The zoom feature is great not loosing quality or pixelating... My only complaint is the AI, you cant adjust the frame, and sometimes even while selecting a person if two or more people get in the way then the camera goes crazy and does not stay still on who to follow... ALso the green square on the subject tracking stays for too long active, so on a live stream does not look good Other than the AI features i think its a great camera, but will definitely go for the cheaper one without it next time. Overall happy with it

Stopped working after about a week. Lights just blinking now. Can't connect to camera at all.

Worked briefly about 3 weeks turned off and when turned back on the indicators flashed but the camera did not come on I'm in the process of returning it

I’m extremely satisfied with the Tenveo NDI 30x. This is a professional-grade PTZ camera, perfect for live streaming and multi-camera productions. The image quality in 1080p60 is impressive, with excellent light and color handling, even in low-light environments. AI tracking is fine but need improvements. Latency is almost nonexistent, and the NDI stream maintains excellent quality even on standard networks. The camera also provides multiple output options, HDMI, USB, SDI, and IP making it extremely versatile for any production setup. PTZ control KB300PRO is fast and precise, with smooth and silent movements with TENVO PTZ cameras and other brands. The position presets on TEVO-VHD630A-NDI work perfectly and can be managed via software, joystick, or directly through the web interface, which is very intuitive and complete. Another strong point is its compatibility with Yolobox, vMix, OBS and other platforms, with no complicated configuration required. Setup was simple, the firmware is stable, and the control response is immediate. In summary, the Tenveo NDI 30x offers an exceptional combination of image quality, connectivity, and reliability at a very competitive price. Highly recommended for studios, events, or corporate streaming like we do.

Le produit fait super bien ce qu'il lui est demander, bonne qualitée et fluiditée video. Par contre il manque de fonctionnalités sur son site comme un meilleur paramétrage de l'IA.
