Great relief!
Got it as an act of desperation during a challenging TMJ flair up! After second use it eased the tension and pain significantly! The heated option soothes while vibration reliefs the pain. Battery life could he better. Overall it's a great help during a TMJ flair up!

Don’t buy!
DO NOT buy this! It takes like 5 minutes to get warm and it just vibrates; It doesn’t massage. You are much better off using your hands.

Life Saver!
This thing saved my sanity. The pain in my jaw, ear and neck was unbearable. The vibration levels plus heat worked extremely well. Many thanks!!!!!!

Helps a long term TMJ sufferer!
I’ve had TMJ pain for 20+ years including 5 jaw surgeries. I carry all my tension in my neck and jaw. This massager helps relax my jaw quite a bit! I only use the first massage setting and with only slight pressure use it in circles over my jaw muscles and behind my ear. This seems to help a lot more than just what I can do by rubbing by hand. The heat function takes a long time to warm and doesn’t get very warm. But the instructions do suggest turing on heat first to let it warm up before use. Battery level lasts a couple of uses so just be sure to charge it. Im not going to lie though, this looks similar to a personal vibrator for females!

Helps with TMJ pain
This little massager is very effective for my TMJ pain. During a recent flare-up, I experienced extreme discomfort, and this device provided significant relief. The combination of vibration and heat worked well to ease my pain.

Saw no relief while suing it,
Tried this several days in a row I couldn't see any relief from using it, it actually hurt worse afterwards several times, battery didn't stay charged more than 2 uses of 10 minutes each saw no muscle relief in using it personally would not recommend

Dumb charger
Non standard head phone jack is used as a charger. Not usb c or micro usb. Its stupid and the charger broke after 2 weeks.
