Logitech was absolutely NO HELP when I informed them I needed a battery for my mouse. They said they don't sell batteries and suggested I look online. So apparently when the battery fails and you can't find a new one, buy another mouse. That attitude just lost me as a Logitech customer.

...and THIS was an old battery... doesn't hold a charge for very long at all. An accurate description: better than "nothing" batteries. Consumers deserve batteries with a 'born on' date, and life information on the packaging. And sales outlets should be stopped from selling without 'battery age and expected remaining life' disclosures.

The battery fit and had the correct connections but it only lasts less than a week on a full charge in a Logitech MX Ergo Trackball. The original battery lasted months at first. However, over the years I noticed that it was down to about a week between charges. I installed this replacement battery with the help of some YouTube videos, and it fit well and was not difficult to install. I charged it fully upon initial use, but it has never lasted much over a week, and in the space of not even six months (as of early June 2023, I bought it on 01/28/2023) it has slipped to less than a week. This is about how long the original battery lasted after it had been in service for well over five years (MX Ergo originally purchased in October of 2017) so it was hardly worth the expense of replacing the battery. Overall, I'd say this was a pretty poor investment.

Specs including size are a perfect match for the replacement of the tired battery in my MX Master 2S. I read in a previous review that the connector didn't fit but took a gamble that the review was not correct for this unit. Sure enough, the connector is too small. Given a little time with my electrical tools, I installed the connector from my tired battery. This new unit instantly powered up and days after topping the charge it is still lighting all 3 battery status lights. I'm calling this a win because I did not find any other replacement battery for my MX Master 2S. 5 stars if the description is changed to "some effort required to fit an MX Master 2S".

This was a drop-in replacement for the battery in my MX Master mouse. Unplugged the old battery and this one plugged right in

The battery fit and had the correct connections but it only lasts a few days on a full charge on a MX Ergo Mouse. The original battery lasted months so it was not worth the expense of replacing the battery. Update 12/13/22 The battery is now holding a charge longer. It's been over a week and I'm showing 50% charge in the Logi Bolt software. It displayed 100% on day 1 (12/6) and on day 2 to now it's 50%; it does seem like a worthwhile expense. Will update on battery when it needs a charge.

Can confirm what is stated below. Does NOT in any way shape or form fit the MX Master mouse.
