I received one of these way back in the day from my chiropractor. I lost that one and bought this one off of Amazon and it's the same. It's very durable and easy to use. Comes ready out of the package to throw over a door and use. It does a great job of stretching my neck and providing pain relief. The pads are comfortable.

Best to keep your brain communicating with the rest of your body is to straighten that cervical area in your neck. The natural curve can be maintained this way 40 to 50 bends every day.

It works but it's made with very flimsy rope. I've had mine for 3 months, and the rope is ready to break. ** After leaving my comment, the company has since contacted me and issued a replacement made with a stronger rope, so that's cool on them.**

Almost killed me when the rope snapped. If the rope was quality it would be 5 stars. Provides major relief. Changed review seller sent replacement with different rope hopefully holds better

On February 9th, I purchased this item. On March 19th, the string broke. Worked for six weeks and fell apart terrible product the string was very cheap. I will purchase another from another company

This thing works. It was recommended by my chiro and acupuncturist and it really help alleviate my neck pain and inprove my posture. Well made and quick delivery. Highly recommend.

Update: After using this product 1-2 times each day for approximately a week, the rope busted and I fell to the floor. If I can get a replacement with thick, durable rope, I will happily give you all your stars back. I love using this thing but can’t afford to buy a new one every week. It really is a miracle worker for me. About Me: 1.5 years ago I was introduced to this type of neck stretcher/corrector at the chiropractor’s office. At first, I hated it. I was like “who in their right mind would want to do this?” It was part of my therapy though, so I did it anyway. After the 3rd or 4th time using it (during different visits), my neck started to pop/crack and it felt soooo good. All of your back pain starts in the neck. If your neck isn’t corrected first, the rest of you won’t feel good either. I had to stop seeing my chiropractor for financial reasons, and actually attempted to construct my own with rope and pads haha. 😆 It didn’t work so well. I guess I assumed it wasn’t a product I could purchase… and then I saw THIS. OMG, I purchased this bad boy so fast. I hadn’t been to the Chiropractor for several months and my neck was super stiff. I started off slow, and after a few days of stretching (switching between chin and forehead), my neck relaxed and I felt pops all the way down my neck. I can’t even express how good it felt to feel all that pressure release. I knew then that this product was going to be a game changer for me. I use it several times each day - pretty much anytime I feel like my neck is cramped, and now my check pops EVERY time I use it. I do have poor posture and the pain in my neck has been a huge problem. Not anymore! It’s good to start off by doing several reps for 10 seconds each before you add too much weight. It is very easy to use and releases tons of tension. The cushion parts are soft and durable, but the provided rope to hold it all together is thin and I’m not sure it will last long. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this product.

I had horrible neck pain, and found out I had disc degeneration in my neck and a total loss of curve (to the point it was backwards in some spots). While treatment with a skilled chiropractor who has advanced traction devices in their office was required to fix my issue, this home device helped immensely and reduced the pain in the initial stages of treatment. It both decompresses and facilitates a natural curve. To make real improvement though, stretches need to be held for 10+ minutes (15 optimal) and this isn't designed for that. Use in conjunction with a neck wedge.
