Good but expensive
Not the miracle cure i was hoping for, but in a house from the 60s with no upkeep for twenty or so years from previous owners, I don't expect there to be beyond tearing all old tile out. It did clean a ton and I will buy again for occasional cleaning but not for everyday use.

Very effective, full of bleach.
This kills the snot out of anything that can grow on tile, grout and drywall. Do not get it on your clothes, it will bleach them white.

love it an put it too the test
I use it on tile and grout on bathroom floor, always liked it. When I broke my leg I had someone come and clean a couple times. The grout looked awful. So when able to do it myself used tileguard and grout looks looks new again.
