I have been taking these for about a month now and I really haven’t noticed any difference physically as I have eczema and it hasn’t helped at all.however I am having a blood check soon and typically my good cholesterol is pretty low. So we will see how it goes. Like others said for about the first week had the pepper burps but it’s rare now. I will update my review once I have my blood panel back.

I ordered this black seed oil and it arrived quickly and in great condition. The bottle was sealed properly and there were no leaks! So far it’s tasted authentic and great! The reason it didn’t fully make my 5 star rating was because it comes in a plastic container instead of a dark glass bottle. The plastic bottle is still dark and should prevent light from penetrating, but for heat it probably wouldn’t be ideal. I did look it up and the brand uses BPA-free dark plastic, which is still safe but personally I would’ve preferred glass for peace of mind.
