I am very fussy and oversensitive in choosing appliances and devices. In the past two years I bought 4 air conditioners but I returned them all because they did not meet my expectations. I purchased this air conditioner on 20 June 2024. The day after this air conditioner arrived and after I tried it, I arranged for the return and my return request was accepted by Amazon. In the meantime I continued using the unit. What I experienced from this air conditioner during the time that I continue using it, made me change my mind and I cancelled my return request. Here I'm going to briefly explain about the points that many people are interested to know about. In my opinion this is a fantastic air conditioner. Yesterday the outside temperature in London was 30 degrees. I was using this air conditioner at home at the lowest temperature, 16 degree centigrade, in an environment equivalent to the size of 3 king size double bedrooms with walls in between. After about 3 hours my family and I, had either, to turn the temperature higher, or put a blanket or jumper on. Everything about this air conditioner is almost perfect and automatic. It is so good and cool that frost may built up and if it happens the cooling compressor automatically stops and the unit starts defrosting which may take between five to ten minutes while the fan is still working. Unlike most air conditioners, this unit doesn't need draining of condensed water from the moisture in the air as it gathers the water, evaporates and evacuates it from the hot air exhaust into the outside air so you never need to worry about draining the condensed water or frosting and defrosting the system. If the temperature of the evaporator drops below a certain temperature, the cooling compressor stops for a few minutes until the evaporator reaches it's normal operating temperature while the fan it is still working and keeping the environment cool. The noise level is quite normal and it is not any louder than most average and normal air conditioners and in my opinion it is quite bearable, acceptable and not too loud at all. Generally I am very happy with my air conditioner and my family and I are enjoying it during hot and humid whether in London. I am trying to save up some money to buy one or possibly two more of this air conditioner for the rest of my house. At the moment as I am writing this review and it is in the middle of hot and humid summer, all my family have moved their beddings to where this air conditioner is because they all enjoy sleeping in a cool environment with a blanket on. I highly recommend it and I have no doubt that whoever buys this unit will certainly enjoy it. The only problem is that the booklet that comes with it has apparently been written by a Chinese person (no disrespect and with full respect to them) with very limited knowledge of English and it has lots and lots of grammatical mistakes and some parts of the explanations are impossible to understand for most people, and in many part of this booklet the person has directly translated from Chinese to English that may not make sense to us. I guess it’s working well (my first free standing aircon so can’t compare to anything else). It does blow cold air but oh my how loud this is! I just measured the sound and it’s creating 75db of sound on the lowest fan setting….for this unit I can’t see any specs about what’s expected in terms of the noise but I can see that some others state 65db. It’s not possible to be on a work call while this thing is on. I am not sure if that’s normal or something is not okay with the product I received.

Initially I was not sure and felt disappointed as it didn't come with a water container for the dehumidifier but I then read other reviews and realised it doesn't need one as it actually disperses the water through the air pipe to the outside so even better than the container that you have to empty every so often (It does come with an ecternal pipe and plug if you want to drain it manually). Have used it for the past couple of nights and it actually makes our very large living room (Open plan house combining the kitchen and the living room) very cold that I had to change the tempreature gauge on the airconditioner. It was nicely packed, very simple to set up, very quite compared to my old one which was so noisey and it looks very sleek and chic. I love the remote control too with its LCD display. Very Pleased overall! We just have to wait for the hot summer s I could put it into good use!

The media could not be loaded. Cooled down my whole 1-bedroom flat in less than an hour. Looks neat and tidy. It’s not as quiet as airconditioners I grew up with in Manila but it’s not noisy. Definitely a good buy. Worth every penny. Just needed to buy a separate exhaust kit for the sliding doors in my balcony (also here on Amazon). Sliding windows are not a thing here in the UK so the window kit that came with it is essentially useless.

Very heavy compared to my old air conditioner that this replaces. Very powerful and cools a room in no time however it's super noisy and rattly so not great when using for sleeping

Works well to cool my large outdoor office quickly. I was disappointed with the description of the window kit, it states that it fits various windows but the window kit is just for sliding windows/doors. I had to by an additional window kit as I had no response to my email to humilabs to rectify this.
