Extremely great knife. After a few hours of carving you can get a sore hand but that's more to do with the time and not the knife. Very good

Very sharp and great for carving

This knife is good quality, very sharp and well made but it’s huge which can make carving smaller joints of meat quite awkward.

Our daughter and son gave us the bread knife as a gift and we were so impressed by it that we ordered the carving knife. Like the bread knife, it is exceptional, who gets excited about a knife, well frankly not me....until now! We've had the carving knife two days and used it on a hot but rested joint, then on the cold leftover. Wow! This knife is so comfortable to use and slices like a laser. Our previous knife was £40 and it was really good but honestly there is no comparison, spend the extra few quid, you won't regret it.The bread knife which has been used for a few weeks is superb. I make sourdough bread every week, it's baked in a Dutch oven and the outer crust is very crisp and can be quite tough. This knife makes short work of it without the loaf being crushed in the process. I get nice, neat medium-thick slices, my neighbour thought l'd had the local Baker slice it for me!I cannot recommend these knives or the service l've received highly enough. The knives are a considered purchase but l don't expect l'll ever have to replace them.

does exactly what it says, a great knife very sharp out of the stylish box, (ask my wife) used to carve the turkey, roast ham and large ribeye roast with ease, great value for money would buy again.

Quality to the perfection. Beautiful handle for my big hand. Sharp. Amazing for slicing roast meats. And row!
