Excellent for adults - comes w 2 forearm and hand pads! Great purchase!
My boyfriend and I use these to practice all of our punches and kicks. We’ve used them for three 1 hr practice sessions over the past month and they show no sign of wear or tear. I feel protected when taking full powered kicks with these pads. Haven’t tried out the hand targets yet bc we like to do kicks too and just use the forearm pads for that too. We are excited to use the hand pads when we focus on precision though. Excited! Also this was a gem bc it came as a pair!

The pads are great, and this is one of the best prices you can find. You get pairs of pads when most other options only come with single pads. Highly recommend!!

Excellent for target practicing durable for all levels
Absolutely a wonderful buy especially for beginners and intermediate levels. Excellent for practicing technique at home or the gym. Easy to use and effective. My hands are exceptionally Small however so I do struggle to keep the Mitts in place properly when I am spotting for others. Overall it is excellent. :-)

Pretty small
They are small and difficult to use. Fits on my small female hands, but doesnt fit my training partners male hands. And when punching my hands slip off the pad. Could possibly cause injury to a novice.
