I love it! It was easy to assemble (i am 5ft, 120lbs) and the packaging was so nice meaning everything from the box it arrived in, to the internal package was neat, organized and well put together.,.you could tell that is was packaged with love! It's sturdy, it is lovely to look at ( I love the pop of blue) and it's comfortable to lay on. I just finished doing 10 sit-ups! I am super excited i bought this, and if you are looking for an ab bench you cannot go wrong with this one! I will say if you are very tall (over 6ft) it may run a little short for you. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase!

So, for basic ab work I’d say it’s great. But for a hyperextentionraise it’s very poor. The padding on which your shins get placed isn’t soft enough to provide comfort in doing the exercise. Too painful and awkward. BUT for push up and sit ups it’s perfect. The lying leg exercises would be better if the bench actually laid flat, which it doesn’t, it has a slight arch no matter what. So it’s a little more difficult to do the lying leg exercise but hey, that means you’ll build muscle so it’s ok!

I like how compact it is, it can be even folded when not used. And the cushions are very comfortable, easy to assemble. What I don’t like about this is that it’s actually a bit small and short for men. My husband doesn’t like sitting on it but I do! Haha
