Large Exercise Mat 6'x5'

This mat is exactly what I needed for my home gym. It has the perfect combination of cushion and firmness—soft enough to protect my joints, but firm enough to give me stability for every move. I’ve been using it for all my P90X workouts (plyo, cardio, yoga, weights—you name it), and it’s held up beautifully. No slipping, no bunching, and it’s wide enough that I’m not constantly stepping off the edge mid-exercise. Great quality, super durable, and well worth the price. Highly recommend for anyone doing high-impact workouts at home!

It’s good quality exercise mat that works well on my garage floor. The mat is stable when jumping and during fast cardio workouts. It has good grip and helps avoid slipping. It has decent cushion and even usable for my workout with weights / dumbbells. The portable nylon bag is helpful when I am on the move and need to bring it along. The weight lifting gloves was a nice bonus with the mat. I would sure recommend the product!

This workout mat is great! We have stained concrete floors that aren't at all forgiving when we try to work out. I got this larger mat, because I feel like the traditional sized ones are too small for me. It comes in a carrying case and has 3 Velcro bands that help keep it rolled up. It is pretty cushiony and is large enough for 2 people to use at the same time... And as you can see in the pics, the cat likes it as well. It also came with some bonus workout gloves that are comfortable.

This mat is exactly what I was looking for. I am using this on a cement garage type flooring and it does not slip, the size of the GXMMAT Large Exercise Mat 6'x5'x7mm is perfect for my exercise needs. I need to roll it up after each use (because I have a cat that loves to claw) and it's easy to roll up and set out. It comes with a bag for storage. This mat does not shred when doing cardio with shoes on (T25, MM100, etc). I am definitely happy with my purchase.

The mat was shipped in it original storage bag and with UPS dragging the roll around, it caused a great rip to it upon delivery. Surprisingly, the mat was perfectly fine! I didn’t want to go through the hassle of having to order replacement and returning the entire thing so I contacted the seller GXMMAT through here to see if they can just send me a replacement bag. I received a response within a day and Zoe worked with me to correct the issue. Great service experience and their willingness to work together to resolve the issue. So far the mat is working out good. It’s thick and is durable since it survived all that delivery dragging and didn’t get any damage to that area. My son uses it for his remote martial art classes that has lots of warm up exercises. He doesn’t slip and the mat stays put on top of my rug. When I use it for my cardio workout, there is enough cushion so that my sit-ups doesn’t hurt but it’s hard enough to jump around without losing balance. The only issue now is, maybe I should’ve gotten a bigger size. Update: after using it without gloves and sneakers, I find myself sliding when doing certain workouts like in and outs, walking planks or plank jacks due to having moist hands and feet.

This mat is exactly what I needed to turn my home living space into a workout studio! I'd been contemplating how to create a usable workout area in the new rental I moved into when I came across this item on Amazon. It has sometimes been challenging for me to feel motivated enough to leave the house and head to the gym and this make it ten times easier to stay committed to my fitness goals knowing I have a comfortable space to work out in at home. I love that gloves are included, as well--I've used them with my weights while doing home workout videos. Great product and customer service!

I was on the fence about getting this due to the price tag, but I'm so glad I did. I added it to my home gym and it is perfect. Way better than the rug I had before. This gives you the perfect place to work out and sweat on. I was afraid that it was going to be thin and flimsy, not the case. This is very durable and the perfect thickness. If you're like me and working out at home now be sure to purchase this mat. Quit sweating on your rug.

So for the most part this mat is quality made. Comes with nice bag and straps and free gloves. But it's advertised that it won't slip on carpet and can be fpgood for cardio. It moves a lot on and off carpet spduring cardio, like every 5 min. But if you are wanting it for less intense exercise like pilates or yoga or stretching, then it's perfect. No smell. I'm not keeping it cause it's of no use for me but I like it cause it's such good quality. But it's to soft for my type of exercise even on hardwood floor. I wood rather jump on hard wood or cement then this. Too much cushion is bad on my ankles.
