As a middle-class homeowner living in the suburbs near a lake, I struggled with a persistent spider and mole problem. Spiders were everywhere — inside and outside my home — while moles tore up my yard. I had tried several solutions but refused to use poisons or pest sprays because I have two dogs and a cat. Spring and summer overwhelmed me with spiders, and by summer and fall, the moles were driving me crazy.Desperate for a safe and effective solution, I turned to Amazon and found this ultrasonic pest repellent. I set four devices inside my house on silent mode and two in the garage on the sound setting. I love that the settings are adjustable to fit different needs. Within just three days, I noticed no more indoor activity. After two weeks, there was a significant decrease in spiders and moles both inside and out. I was so impressed, I also installed one each in my RV and car.I was skeptical at first, but this product far exceeded my expectations! It’s silent, easy to use, and offers excellent coverage. Best of all, it’s chemical-free, so I don’t have to worry about exposing my pets to harmful substances. If you're dealing with unwanted pests, I highly recommend giving this a try — it’s an incredible value for the price!

Has 2 different sound modes. An ultrasonic mode that humans can’t hear and a mode that younger people can hear (but I can’t). It really drives people that can hear it crazy so I imagine it works well on the mice. Unfortunately it probably bothers pets too so we unplug them when we have visiting pets. If you are older and can’t hear them like me, you have to pay attention to the lights. When you plug it in it’s off until you hit the button once to put it into ultrasonic mode (little lights), or press it a second time to put it into the “audible” mode (more lights). The lights are the only thing that lets me know it’s working (or young people cringing and running away). Works well for the basement, attic, garage, and shed.

I waited a few months to write this review to be sure I was satisfied with its performance. So far I believe it has worked as promised although we also took other measures to try to keep mice out of our kitchen. Since there are six units we used them in other places as a precaution (attic, basement, shed) so feel we are definitely getting our money’s worth and we have peace of mind. We keep the sound at its highest level even in the kitchen since it doesn’t bother us at all but have found that some people are more sensitive to it. I would definitely recommend if you have any mice issues.

I was skeptical. But I bought it because I moved near the countryside and there is a small forest with many critters. Mice, spiders, weird bugs, and so on. With this, I stopped using bug sprays. The high mode is too loud for me. I left it for a few hours and went to the mall the first day. Then I have had them on the low mode ever since. The first week, all the bugs, and spiders went crazy and visible, especially on the front door. In the second week, all roaches and bugs started to move slowly, and mice were more cautious. In the third week, all roaches disappeared, and bugs on the front door as well. By the 5-6th week, all were gone, even the birds stopped to sit on the window (LOL). The last bug to go was spiders. One of the devices got disconnected and stayed like that for a few weeks and the first bug to appear was a spider. I went through the same cycle and back to my new normal ( no bugs!!). I only use 3 of them because my house is very small. My mom took the other 3, and her rat problem was gone as well. I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT 100%!!!!

These work very well! However, they must be turned back on if your house loses electricity for any reason. To me, this is a pretty significant design flaw! We lost power in our house and a couple of weeks later I realized they didn’t come back on when the power came back on. You have to push the button and turn them back on.

I purchased these for a family member moving into a home where spiders and other bugs had been seen. She has used them consistently since January and has seen a significant decrease in any bugs. These pest repellers are effective and do not take away from the overall look/design of her home. They are easy to use and a true value for the money! Thank you for this product. I'm sure we'll be purchasing more.

I have a very old cabin/house near a lake and always have a ton of critters around. Because my house is so old it's impossible to seal it up completely to keep all the mice out. In the winter the mice tend to hide in the basement, and I thought I'd try the ultra sonic pest repeller in the basement. After setting them up I did notice a substantial reduction in mice activity and their waste droppings. It took a couple of months before the activity almost stopped completely which was amazing. I'll be honest that I was pretty skeptical, but I had to try something different to help get rid of the mice. I have a border collie and was worried the low setting would affect him but he's fine and haven't noticed any issues. They worked so well I put a few in my detach garage to help protect my car and recreational vehicles. The only problem I had was that I only put them in the basement of my house and wasn't thinking it through, but the mice started trying to live upstairs with the pup and I, so I ended up putting a few upstairs to help with that. Size is small and inconspicuous. I don't believe that it stops the mice completely but am satisfied with the results I've gotten from the devices.
