We have been using this water warmer for almost a year now! We haven’t experienced any leakage, it heats water quickly, and isn’t too large! I love that it has a glass reservoir for hold the water. Easy to clean as well! I will say while heating it does make noise, but nothing crazy! Great value and durably for the cost! Would buy again!

If I could I’d give it 0 stars. Added the water and already it had begun malfunctioning, it was not detecting the water tank. It would not read the water tank no matter what I did. Waste of money. Go with a name brand over the cheap version.

Works great, when it works. Easy to set up out of the box, heats water to the correct temperature quickly. We appreciated how we could use it for formula and then make a cup of tea afterward pretty quickly. My 1 gripe is that the front panel sometimes doesn't register a finger press and the water keeps flowing... This leads to a lot of messes. This might be due to the fact that the front face panel seems to be plastic that is adhered with an adhesive that isn't so strong. Felt like I needed to press it in to get it nicely in place. Aside from that, very easy to use and like the product very much.

It will break easily mine stopped working after 2 days it let me choose the water temperature but doesn't start boiling good thing i got a refund the seller quitted selling on amazon when i requested help so it's useless to get in touch with them i am wondering how a seller keeps selling when he quit the platform

Update: Customer service of veroline is very helpful and offer to replace the product quickly. I find it very convenient! Setting up your own temp for baby bottles are great! I received the package and upon opening, the glass is broken. Sad, i was excited to use it but never had a chance. Quality is not good
