Awesome red light therapy light. Half of the lights are visible red and the other half are an invisible wave length. So, without proper tools I have to trust that those are doing what they are saying. However, I can say that the brightness of the red lights and the size of the platform the light is attached to allows for lots and lots of red light.The included stand is quite handy for setting up different angles and sitting ie laying down under the light. I have seen some more expensive versions that do not come with a stand and have to be hung from doorknobs or the back of a door which makes it much more difficult to use.My main complaint is no auto timer on and off. There is a switch that you have to flip on and off and a timer would have been nice so I can fall asleep and have it turn off automatically. How we, this can be solved with an Alexa smart plug!Large amount of red light, large platform, cool maneuverabile stand, seems very useful 👍

My best friend is a massage therapist and she suggested this lamp. She bought one for home use. It was very easy to put up less than five minutes and it’s very lightweight. I can move it anywhere I want, I’m really enjoying it so far.

Great red light therapy set. I use this for my skin and for hair growth. Easy to assemble. I like that the pole adjusts for whatever direction needed, whether I'm laying down, or sitting up. Comes with eye protection glasses.

This Red light looks great and lights works as they should but do not provide any Red light benefits. I used it everyday as instructed and found no benefit at all. The real benefits come fro the FDA certified units which are much higher in price. Lesson learned….you get what you pay for. This product could have lots of placebo effect.Follow up…..just wanted to advise the seller refunded the amount I paid for this Red light. That was very nice of them and I thank them. I will say the Red Light Technology does not work for everyone and this product may work for others in their reviews.
