Instructions were well written and easy enough to follow. We installed 2 in our secondary rooms and they went up easy enough...as easy as any ceiling fan can be. The remote is very cheaply made but works and there is a mount provided so it's less likely to be broken when mounted to the wall. The light is very bright but that is better than so dim you can't see (we have another fan in a different room where the light is useless). Fan speed is very nice and the 6 different settings is a nice bonus. All in all very impressed!

I purchased this ceiling fan as part of a remodel job. The fan was easy together and install. I wasn't too sure about the light and if it would be bright enough for the space, but it was plenty bright and the fan circulates the air very good.

Had an electrician install this product but it did not work. The fan was functioning correctly but the light did not work at all. Had to hassle with getting it un-installed, packaging back up, returning, & getting a refund. Very disapointed.

Stop reading this review right now and go buy this fan. You will NOT be disappointed! If you are looking for a great deal on a quality fan, this is IT! The fan is quiet as can be and easy to control. Use your light switch to turn on and then control the speed and light temperature with your remote.This fan elevated the look of my son's bedroom. GO BUY IT AND INSTALL IT!I did use an electrician to install it. He never used the directions... and it was installed in less than 30 minutes.

I bought these a few months ago and just installed them this morning. Here are my impressions upon initial install. My use case is two fans mounted under a screened in covered porch.They are worth the money and the value is really good. I replaced or installed every ceiling fan in the home that I purchased, inside and out. The instructions were clear, everything was packaged well, and there were a few extra screws and parts to cover small mistakes and different mounting options.The install was a breeze, very easy going and straight forward if you have installed ceiling fans before, this will be a cake walk.Draw backs for my use case are the remotes. I had hoped they could be programmed-they can’t. If you’re buying this for two different rooms then you are good to go. But for me, I wanted to keep one remote outside to control both units and one remote indoors to turn them on and off, control them from inside. And, if one was damaged or lost then I would have a backup. It would have been ideal for me.The second drawback is, if something does happen to the remotes then I would probably be forced to purchase a new remote kit, dissemble, replace, and reassemble the fans.On another note, I hope the fan blades are made of plastic since my use is an outdoor application.Overall, they are a great buy and work well, just as advertised. They are very quiet at full speed and pretty bright, just right for my space. I’d say evaluate how you will use them and buy if they fit your situation. I would buy them again, especially if I could program the remotes.

This fan works great, very nice looking and the product support was very helpful.

Remote works well, selection of speeds seem to be just right. No light bulbs needed lighting comes from a round disc with an array of diodes providing a choice of lighting color, a plus for anyone not wanting constant daylight mode. Lowes has a similar Hunter fan with 4 blades for $149. making it pretty hard to find a 52" fan at a better price. Installation was smooth, just follow provided instructions. Attached perfectly to our existing 4" electric box. Very happy with this product! Would definitely recommend. Customer support for this product is well above average, any question is resolved in a day by email. They will not let you down.

The price for 2 fans was unbeatable. They work perfectly and the lights are brighter than I expected and perfectly illuminate our porch
