I found these opal plugs through amazon about a week ago and seeing how people are reviewing their plugs came in either cracked or smaller than they should be...made me a bit skeptical, seeing I've never had that kind of problem before. My plugs arrived two days ago and they are gorgeous!! They have a little weight to it (which I love) and they are THICCCCCK. Most plugs I have, aren’t as thick and they always pop out of my ear so to see these plugs don’t do that is a PLUS for me. I definitely will be buying more :D

I ORDERED THREE TIMES; update below!Although these are beautiful, and literally everything I was looking for in plugs, I knew the risk on buying them through amazon and still went with it. I received mine with a Crack straight down the middle and a chunk missing out of the bumper. There wouldn’t be a way for me to wear these without hurting my lobes. I’m not sure if it was damaged in transit or from the seller themselves as they weren’t even properly wrapped for these being stone plugs and are known to chip and crack with little pressure or dropping.If I can just have the seller contact information to get a replacement?UPDATE:Now on my THIRD time ordering and receiving (late). I ordered a second pair after the first were chipped, company never contacted me and they were cheap enough that I didn’t care. So ordered my second pair in a larger size. I received the wrong kind, they were back tunnels with some gold glitter sticker on the front. I contacted amazon to return them. It took a full two and a half weeks for the replacement to come in, I have amazon prime so I get the two day shipping. Not a big deal. As I opened my second replacement, now this one is completely cracked to the point you can’t even wear them. So I’ll be returning these, again. They aren’t real rose quartz, if anyone was actually wondering. Please save your money and don’t waste your time. Look elsewhere.

I absolutely LOVE these plugs, but they must run small!! I ordered size 1/2g bc I have 2 other types of plugs I wear that are this size and they both fit nice and snug and don’t slip out! These however are about 1-2 sizes smaller than my 1/2g plugs I wear daily! When I tried these on they would literally just fall right out, so I can’t wear them at all!! I am so disappointed bc these plugs are gorgeous, well made, nice PLUGS, and I was so excited to get them after I ordered them!! Idk if they will do an exchange, but these are most definitely too small for my ears!! Does anybody else ever have this problem when ordering plugs? This is like the 4th time this has happened, so now I have all these gorgeous plugs that I can’t even wear... it is so disappointing!! Especially when most won’t accept returns due to the pandemic... I truly hope that y’all will make this right with me!! I absolutely adore these opal plugs, but I sure do wish I could wear them instead of just looking at them sitting in the packaging they came in!!! The quality of the plugs is amazing also!! They aren’t too heavy, the color is gorgeous, and they are very well made!! I just think their sizing is a little off!! PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT WITH ME!! I can send pics to show the difference in the sizes of my 1/2g plugs I wear daily and the supposedly 1/2g plugs I bought from you.... Thank you so much for the fast shipping and the nice packaging... everything about these plugs is perfection... EXCEPT THE SIZE!!

I think they are slightly larger than the 20mm ones(on the right)(These are on the left in all photos) from a major online retailer.But cheaper and they stay in my ears so pretty happy about them. I'll update if they break easily or anything. The colors are decent for the price though I wouldn't mind smokier-looking ones. So pretty comfortable will most likely buy again since I've already lost a pair and half of the aforementioned online retailer(PYH).

Much smaller than listed and unwearable. I have purchased several 12mm plugs (in person and online) without sizing issue, but these are atleast 2mm smaller than advertised. Compared to my other 12mm plugs and compared to a ruler, they are not accurately sized. Measuring with a standard ruler, they appear to be 11mm at the flare and 8-9mm at the center, unlike all other plugs I have purchased, which are 12mm at the center and 1-2mm larger at the flare. (I have reference photos but amazon is not allowing me to upload? Very odd)

I ordered 5/8 and when I received the plus they started 5/8 on the bag. I had the hardest time putting them in, but it was a new size so I figured that it was just normal. However, I got another 5/8 plugs from another company and when I compared Therese were At least a size up. Be cautious when ordering, because according to the reviews, you either get a size bigger or a size smaller.

So I read the reviews for everything, and there was a good mix of positive and negative for these plugs. Maybe I am just lucky, but my plugs are gorgeous! Milky and rainbow-hued, these are so feminine and pretty. They were easy to put in and definitely have a little weight to them.

I thought they looked nice and were pretty. I would have love to wear them but they were unfortunately MUCH bigger than the size I ordered. The packaging all said they were supposed to be a 0 like I ordered, but what I had was a 00 at minimum. It was a substantial size difference from every other gauge I have in a 0. If you have SUPER stretchy lobes, these might work for you.
